Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceThe main issue, as others have said before me, is that there are very loud elevators running all the time. Also, I could hear noise from at least 2-3 other rooms. So if you’re going to stay there, I’d suggest using earplugs. Apart from that, good hotel.
Good hotel overall, with a nice design and helpful staff. The room (standard) was well equipped with everything I needed.

United KingdomThe temperature in the room could not be controlled and it was quite hot at night. They seriously suggested to open the window - it did lower the temperature but the constant noise of emergency vehicles would have made sleep impossible. Also, the fridge was brightly lighting the room with blue light. We tried to cover it up and were successful with that tactic, but then there was also the bright blue light from the key card holder. Radisson BLUE indeed.

United KingdomThe informal reception area. The self service check-in/check out computers didn't work. I didn't like Receptionists walking about with tablets instead of behind a Reception desk. The Lounge menu was quite limited. Thai restaurant was permanently closed during our stay.
Rooms were modern, clean, well-appointed and had fantastic city views. Elevators were quick. Taxis waiting outside the entrance to take us back to city centre was convenient.

Check in and out bit slow as understaffed in new style lobby set up .. traditional desk personally preferred. We were however upgraded as loyalty customer which was welcome. Superb view of city and room very good. Sadly new parking with EasyPark app was a disaster .. difficult to use.. didn’t work on my phone but did on my wife’s but main issue was extortionate price on app somehow overcharged at €235 a day!! However we were refunded fully after complaining to helpful Radisson staff and emailing EasyPark. So all was well and we had a good stay.. but I hope our experience means the parking is changed asap.

Nice business hotel in quiet business area. Short walking distance to metro station, and bit longer to center. Nice room and facilities. Free wine glass for club members was nice bonus.
