How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Pillows could be larger and firmer, towels could be of a better quality. Late night party next door was a bit noisy and disturbed my partners sleep.
Breakfast was ok, Shower was good, soap and shampoo dispensers worked well. All staff were friendly and helpful. Location was a short walk to a train station and night life.

The location directly next to the meat package district, the parking garage directely under the hotel and for the kids the waffle irons during breakfast.

Not alot of space in the rooms sofa bed very uncomfortable even for the children And can hear every door opening and closing

We really wanted an electric kettle for tea in our room like most hotels give you.
It was a convenient location for visiting everything in Copenhagen central. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was very nice.

Room was quite hot too sleep in
Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was fantastic, my son loved the make your own waffles. No noise from the street or bar.

noise, our room shook when other guest's doors closed, loud music from nearby kødbyen on weekend nights, can hear other guest's walking if they're heavy walkers

Pretty small entrance of the garage. But the rest was all good!
The breakfast was excellent. There is a lot to choose from. From healthy food to waffles and more. The staff was very friendly at the reception desk and in the restaurant. The location of the hotel was near the central station and a nice neighborhood with good restaurants. The hotel room was good, the rooms were a bit hot.

On the morning of check out, we got locked out of our rooms several times BEFORE the specified check out time. It was very frustrating and made actually getting out of our rooms in a timely manner very challenging. It was especially hard for my 81 year old mother, all the getting locked out and going back and forth to the front desk to get new room keys.
Breakfast was amazing, a huge variety of foods, all well prepared and presented. The bar and lobby areas were nice. One room for our group was very spacious.

I don't think a hotel should make you pay to store your luggage before check in time.
The room was a great size for our family of 4 and I loved the fact the bathroom had a tub and a shower. The included breakfast buffet was very nice and the location is convenient for food and the trains.

I understand that with many guests is difficult to organise a smooth service and the idea for booking the breakfast slot is good but if it is not enforced and checked it loses its purpose ( no one controls the booking at the entrance and you have to wait half an hour before sitting). Worst is the need to book for having the room cleaned, I don’t want bedsheets and towels changed everyday but at the same time I prefer not to have to make my bed when on holiday. It seems to me a way of reducing the cost but not the price of the room. To be more responsible for the planet doesn’t have to diminish the service of the hotel.
The property is well located to tour Copenhagen by foot. The room are a good size. Unfortunately the management of the hotel is not up to the expectations

The only think I dun really like is the shower drainage isn’t letting the water go quickly thus sometimes the bathroom floor is a bit flooded because of shower.
Very impressive breakfast buffet with really high quality and fresh food. All the staff encountered was nice and helpful. Very clean room and around 10 min walk to Train station and the busy areas.

The bikes should be free rental to the guest staying in the hotel. only 2 family bikes.

No kettle in the rooms. You have to pay to hold your luggage at the hotel. 20 minute walk to get to the main tourist area.
Modern and clean hotel. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Wide selection at breakfast. Hotel was a 12 minute walk from central station (away from the main tourist attractions) in a residential area - so it felt like the real Copenhagen. Behind the hotel is the old meat packing district which has been turned into a trendy area for bars and cafes / restaurants. Wide range of restaurants within a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

We were accommodated in one of the accessible rooms, and the shower had no glass, so the whole bathroom would get wet when we showered
The breakfast was excellent and varied. The room was big and modern.

I didn’t like that check in to the room was so late as 16:00 . For keeping your baggage you have to pay and it is expensive.
