800m walk to metro. Would prefer bins to be emptied daily like other Scandic hotels. Also would like tissues provided.

The rooms are a bit basic and no tea making facility in the room. When we arrived the computers were down so I’m not sure we were allocated the room we actually reserved.

The downstairs bar area is nice and the general vibe of the hotel is great. Breakfast is amazing! And the staff are all lovely.

Not a major fault but there was an infuriating dripping outside our window due to the weather which once you heard it, you couldn’t unhear it! So I was awake part of the night. Thankfully the receptionist moved us to a different room straight away which was much better.

Very clean with helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Rooms were very comfortable. Little gym. Nice for families/friends as there’s a air hockey table, table tennis and chess board in the lobby to play with. Was in a good location so was a short walk to the stations or bus stops. Also main streets with cafes, restaurants and shops.

My partner and I found our rooms very warm on the first night, but it was easily corrected when we adjusted the heating and opened our balcony a bit. Otherwise, the heating was ideal because it was -7 outside so it’s not a complaint!

It had a nice modern style which was replicated from when you walk in, to the room itself. The breakfast was gorgeous, lots of fresh and healthy options.

One negative aspect of our stay was that the heating in our room was not working properly. However, the staff at the reception promptly addressed the issue and provided us with a small portable heater, which worked well and kept the room warm.

The hotel in Copenhagen was beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast that was included in the price. The variety and taste of the food exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the hotel had a well-equipped gym with a wide range of exercise machines, making it perfect for fitness enthusiasts. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was only a 15-minute walk from the central metro station.

Food and drink prices were more than we were used to coming from the UK but fairly standard for Copenhagen.

The location was great, close to the metro station and a number of good bars and restaurants. The free breakfast in the hotel was way better than we expected.

That wasn't much we didn't like. I think the cleaning in our bathroom could have been improved a little, but that's just for me being picky. Apart from that It was really lovely

Turn off the bed was absolutely huge and probably the comfiest bed in a hotel that we've ever experienced. The breakfast was amazing. They had quite a number of gluten-free options for the breakfast too which is rare to find! The hotel is very funky and friendly. There is shuffleboard downstairs and ping pong table and there was always people hanging out in the communal lounge areas which gave it a really nice atmosphere. There is also a small shop with any emergency things that you need such as sanitary towels, water, snacks and other drinks. Check in and check out were both super easy! The rooms were very quiet for such a big hotel. The doors are quite heavy in slam loudly in the morning, but apart from that we got some really great night sleeps. We would definitely come back to this hotel again.

We booked a junior suite, and they have few different options from 36 to 44 square meters. We got the smallest possible suite, and for our group of four plus the dog we would have appreciated a bit more space. As daily cleaning is optional (which is fine), it'd be nice to have an option to stock up coffee for the machine. Parking is quite expensive, but it's more Copenhagen issue in general. Queues on reception aren't uncommon. Kiosk items gelt overpriced.

The location is great with quite a few dining options as well as take aways and deliveries nearby. Walking distance to Copenhagen train station and Tivoli, a bit father away from the city centre and Nyhavn. It's adjacent to the old meat market, which has some new interesting venues, and is a cool historical site on its own. Car chargers in the parking garage really helped.

It was 23-26 Dec and the bar was not open. The receptionist said they need to see their families. So do nurses and doctors, but they operate a shift system each Christmas, they don't just shut when they have patients staying.

The breakfast was really good though the maple syrup was not near the waffles. I would put waffles and pancakes together.

two things: 1. since there seems to be a party place next by, it was noisy on the Friday and Saturday night while we were trying to fall asleep the musics rhythms sounded into our room. 2. The checkout process is stupid: we had to wait in line, even though there was zero consummation on our room. this resulted in waiting 15 minutes to handover the card in 10 seconds in the end. The reception staff could just ask people in the line if there were zero conservation rooms, who could actually skip the line then.

Our room was very comfortable, comfy beds, lovely clean bathroom and great shower. We had a family 4 in our room and the room had ample space despite the 2 large beds. We were only there for 2 nights, so the space was plenty for the duration. The breakfast was amazing, kids ate really well, which is most important when you're about to head off for a days site seeing. The location was good, and we enjoyed exploring the restaurants in the meat packing district.

No coffee Nespresso machine in the room - disappointed for a 4 stars hotel. The room could have been cleaned better - found some hair on the soap dispenser.
