Pool and sauna facilities can be easily understood that they are already under the standard hotel package unless you carefully check guest comments/questions. You need to pay extra (good amount of money) where they combine it with dinner packages and you need to reserve to find a spot for the pool, besides kids are not allowed. If you want a room with canal view then you need to book for a superior room.

The hotel is stated at a good location, minutes away from Tivoli Gardens. Breakfast is excellent.

Breakfast was great, though much better laid out in the room at the weekend. It was not organised well at all on Monday or Tuesday. Room was fab, lighting a bit difficult to use, too many options.

    Good Copenhagen Experience

First, there was no heater inside the rooms, which is surprising for a Nordic country and a cold city. The only heating option was the air conditioner, but it was not sufficient, so we felt cold during our stay. Secondly, there was no refrigerator or minibar in the room. Thirdly, one of the body towels was dirty, and we found a long female hair inside it, indicating that it was not properly cleaned. Fourthly, there was no designated toddler-friendly section at breakfast, even though we paid for breakfast for our 8-month-old baby. Basic options like bananas, baby food, or oil were missing. Fifthly, there was no kettle in the room, and we were asked to pay an extra 50 krone just to borrow one temporarily, which was quite absurd. A 4-star hotel should provide essentials such as a kettle, bathrobe, slippers, a complimentary water bottle, a telephone, and a minibar in the room. But still overall we were satisfied

Although the breakfast was somewhat lacking, it was still quite good for a European country. The hotel's location was a major advantage—it was just 10 minutes from Copenhagen's train station, 300 meters from the 5C bus stop that goes to the airport, and a 20-minute walk from Copenhagen's city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we have to give them credit for that. Additionally, the hotel was generally clean and had a modern design, except for the fact that the ceilings in the rooms were unfinished.

Had to book a time slot for breakfast the night before / but it kept us on track for sightsee itinerary!

20 minutes easy walk from train station. Only £3 each way on lovely frequent train straight into airport. Journey time 15 mins. Excellent breakfast with everything you could possibly want - well cooked and fresh with v good coffee! Right on river where all the locals swim early morning in icy water - very clean water!

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are superb, and the additional cost for the spa facilities was worth it. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and the hotel is in a great location with easy public transport to and from the airport. Would definitely stay again!

Rooms cleaning has to be booked but the staff doesn't share the information upon check-in.

The lighting system in the room was overly complicated (bed light lamp didn’t want to switch off) and rooms relatively small with a little storage. Bathroom was well presented and comfortable.

Clean, spacious and fresh with modern feel and ambience. Great options for breakfast.

Although just within 10mins walk to the train station, it's a but rough and took more time on the way when we carried large luggages on the first and last day. TV channel options are rather narrow, no English channels could be found. Expected to have slippers in the room, however not provided actually. As we have stayed in Finland's hotel of the same Sandic brand, which provide slippers and bathrobes in Superior room, so this inconsistency led to a little bit of disappointment as we chose Superior Room this time. Similarly, luggage storage is not charged when we were in Finland's Scandic, but this one needs a fee.

Comfortable room with pretty good view. Very helpful and friendly staff both at reception and restaurant. Within 10 min walk to the Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens (seasonal closed whole I visited), The Royal Library.

Breakfast was OK not the greatest. However they had a few gluten free options and plant based milk. Also, you have to pay to hold your luggage.

Lovely hotel, I had a great experience despite some reviews I had read. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, enough space (we only stayed one night). Great location, easy to get to everywhere. The city sightseeing bus tour stops right outside the hotel which was a plus for us. Staff were friendly.

Our room was a little bit cold and the thermostat seemed to take a couple of days to increase by a few degrees, however the reception team were kind enough to send up a small little heater which did the trick and helped resolve the issue promptly.

The comfiest bed I've ever slept in, honestly like sleeping on a cloud! And the breakfast was superb, really pleased with the variety on offer and the quality of the food & drinks. The staff were ever so friendly and very helpful, always service with a smile which was refreshing. Location was not bad, a little on the quiet side which isn't a bad thing at all, still within walking distance to many of the places that we wanted to visit & if you don't fancy walking, you can always rent a bike!

Reservation of a time slot for breakfast on the day before, which is easy to do. Also signing up for housekeeping is necessary, but also easy to do.

Thought the fee to check in early was a bit unnecessary as if the rooms ready anyway it will just sit there untouched? It shouldn’t really make a difference what time we check in if the rooms ready. We also had 2 bookings and the charge was only applied to one booking and not the other & when it was brought up we were told we just won’t charge now as it was missed.

Lovely hotel, staff are really friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included which was amazing, such a wide selection and all tasted lovely.

It was a little sad that the roof bar wasn’t open and the rooms are a tad on the smaller side

A good place to say for a short trip close to main attractions. The spa was very nice although would have liked to stay longer than two hours to relax fully. The facilities are good, a good choice of breakfast.
