Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Russia* Well, there is a trampoline for children in the yard :) That means that if your windows face to the yard, children will produce noise. * Rooms are very small and there is not much space for stuff. * It was quite hot in the room, and it was ~5º outside. I can't imagine what happens there even in spring or autumn, not speaking of summer. We turned the radiator off immediately, and opened the window as wide as possible, but it was still warmer than we would like.
* There is a trampoline for children and a sandbox in the yard. The trampoline is really great for kids after a long car trip. * Very good breakfast. * Rooms are very clean.

NetherlandsThe room was not very clean. It seemed to be cleaned many days before and not before a check-in. It could also be that one of the beds was not even with clean sheets after the previous stay. The sofa bed had many stains, and the bathroom had black mould.
The lobby was clean; the staff was very friendly, particularly at the reception. The breakfast buffet had enough options, and the flavour was good.

CanadaI did not find it a good value to price ratio. The hotel is considered a 4 star but to me it is more a nice 3 star hotel. The rooms are a little "tired" and could need a bit of a refresh.
The hotel lobby is very nice and the staff is very friendly. I was offered a complementary room upgrade which was very nice. The breakfast is very rich and starts at 5:00am which was great as I had a super early flight. The beds are very comfortable and the room has everything you need.

The breakfast was really good, there were plenty of options and everything was well stocked. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of Lalandia, Legoland and Lego House.

PolandHowever, a few aspects of the stay could have been better. The room and bathroom furnishings felt a bit outdated, which didn’t quite align with the overall cost of the accommodation. Furthermore, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the toilet, which detracted from the overall comfort of the room.
Breakfast is a huge advantage of staying at the Svanen Hotel - fantastic, with a wide variety of options that provided energy for the entire day, making it easy to skip lunch if necessary. The staff was very friendly, always ready to assist. Additionally, the restaurant served very good meals that exceeded expectations in quality, though they were on the pricier side.
