The location within the city is the best, so easy to walk everywhere from there.

We had to pay a luggage fee because we arrived at the hotel early. The bed in the room was slightly inclined, we could not sleep comfortably and there was no minibar in the room.

The location of the hotel is very central, very close to Stroget street. In a walkable location to tourist attractions. The employees were friendly. The room size is sufficient for 2 people for short trips.

There was no place for the luggage key locks and they chrge us more than keylock to keep the luggages which was not fair

The room is very small, but as I was alone, it suited me. The room is suitable for 2 people for sleeping only. The shower is made of transparent glass, so if you are shy, I do not recommend it. Breakfast is very poor, hot food is only boiled eggs, it's better to go for a tasty meal in the nearby bakeries (there are a lot).

Perfect location in the center, from airport 15min with metro to Kongens Nytorv station + 10min walk from it to hotel. Very nice receptionist, sorry, I don't know her name (greetings). The room was quiet and there were no outside sounds. Try Gasoline grill burgers in front of the hotel!

The property is in an excellent location for exploring Copenhagen. Room was a bit on the small side for a couple with suitcases but worked as a perfect base for exploring the city.

The rooms are tiny, without much room to open a suitcase or do anything much more than sleep. We particularly didn't like the fact that the bathroom walls are glass; even though much of the glass is frosted, the person using the bathroom doesn't have real privacy. (If you consider sharing a room with a friend, be warned!) On our first night (when we were sound asleep after our transatlantic flight), all guests had to evacuate because the smoke alarm was triggered by a guest using a hair dryer in a steamy bathroom. Perhaps the hotel staff should provide a warning about this possibility in such a small space.

We chose this hotel because it was centrally located and enabled us to easily walk to Christmas markets and shops, restaurants, palaces, and Tivoli Gardens. It was also close to the Metro station, which enabled easy transportation from the airport. The front-desk staff were friendly and helpful. Although the guest rooms are small, we were able to spend time with our friends in public spaces--the lobby and the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet was nice, with a good variety of options. The bread and croissants were particularly delicious!

The position was great, 5 minutes walk from Nyhavn and the metro station and close to all the others attractions (we reached everything by feet). The room was little but had all the comforts we needed. You can easily check-in and checkout by your own. Bag lockers are also available.
