Bigger duvet and another pillow. Better curtains to keep the light out - my room was filled with light even during the night.

Well located for exploring the sights of CPH - close to the main shopping area and tourist attractions. Very clean hotel. Facilities are basic, and the rooms are small, but in CPH you get what you pay for and the quality is good for the price. Breakfast is delicious and the co-working area in the lobby is useful when you've had to check out but still have a while before your flight.

Really small room for double room. The room was not prepared to receive a couple as they did have an “extra pillow and blanket” in a drawer and told us to take that out and use for the “extra person”. Since we booked the room for two, they should have prepared the room for two and they could have given us a larger blanket instead of two individual ones.. The breakfast did not have many options so we ended up eating the same thing over and over again. Personally I was already a bit sick of having the same breakfast and we got only for 3 nights. They could vary, for example: - the ham (not only pork but turkey), - the options to go with the yogurt, namely the fruit - the eggs: instead of boiled eggs, they could have, at least some days, scramble eggs - the milk possibilities: they could offer hot milk without coffee At last, when we got to do the check in, the lady at front desk was not very friendly.. I asked more information about the bill I was being told to pay and she just reacted saying aggressively the reason for that amount and ended with “so, what are you not understanding?”… Everyone can be tired while working, specially if it’s the night shift as it was, but there’s no need to speak like that. The remaining staff: no complaints at all!! :)

Hotel close to metro station (5 min walk). Quiet room. We did not hear a sound although this hotel takes lots of people. Nice and comfortable bed. Friendly staff at the breakfast.

It was a tad cold. I'm used to cold so its fine for me. But for some "fryspinner" out there.That could be an issue.

Very good location. Near city center. Grocery stores nearby. The room was small but clean. If you are only on a lookout for a place to sleep near city center for a decent price then this is for you.

Breakfast was very expensive but the quality/range of products average. The breakfast room was very crowded and noisy. Our key cards stopped working before check out time so we had to get a new one in order to get our bags out of the room.

The rooms are small, but this did not cause much discomfort. Comfortable enough. Perhaps, I would personally like to have an opportunity to check in a little earlier than at 15:00

I booked this room for my daughter who travel alone and arrived early but the hotel was able to checked her in early. The location was perfect for her short stay before continuing to her main destination. It's a very safe hotel for a young adults traveling solo.

Tea and coffee making facilities would've been good in the room but understand that space is limited and there were many lovely cafes nearby.

Location was excellent and very central but also very quiet at night. Room was spotless and comfortable. Had a great night's sleep in the bed. Great value for money and just what we needed for our short city break!

Straight forward hotel with a great location in downtown Copenhagen. Minimalist in layout but very functional.

The room table/bedside table are super small and made of glass, so it's a bit worrying (and annoying, specially the "big" table since it wobbles a lot) to use. If you don't care about these then it's a pretty good place!

Clean and orderly, self checkin/checkout, very big reception/cafe area to chill, close to the transport system (2 blocks from the metro, a few more to the train/buses).
