We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI DIDN'T like the fact that they were so GREEDY for the U.S. DOLLAR they WOULD NOT check me in for my FIRST NIGHT because I had 2 nights booked through booking.com, but my card WOULDN'T work out of the country due to precautions of fraud. I had enough cash to pay for 2 nights of the reservation I had booked on Booking.com but they were not trying to honor that rate if I DIDN'T use my card to pay for it. There was no way for me to pay for my room online thru any resellers or their website because they have that blocked, all because they want to scam you out of more U.S. dollar. So, I asked how could i get checked in because i was extremely tired. They said there was nothing they could do unless I paid for 2 nights on the card. My birthday was the following day and all I wanted was to get checked in, eat and get some rest. Several hours later they offered to cancel the booking.com reservation and book me a reservation directly through them. After the hotel agent went to the back about 5 times to finally come up with an amount which was 2.5 ×'s more than the price I had with booking.com. for my cash payment, which then only made me have enough for one night. I went through so much that it was about 5 hours later when I was able to check in, only because this man in line overheard my conversation with the front desk, and asked me what was wrong. I tried to explain but i was just tired and in too much pain. He called his wife to come downstairs, and explained to her what he overheard, and they offered to pay for my second night as a birthday present. I handed the hotel agent $220 and the man of the couple paid the rest with a lot of exchanging funds back and forth while speaking Spanish to the hotel agent. At the end I do not have any idea what I paid. I was just thankful to FINALLY get checked in. I expressed how thankful i was for them and offered to Cash App the money back to them once i arrived back into the U.S., but they declined.
I like the fact that I was moved to a room that was closer to the front of the resort. I also like the shows that Maria Inmaculada invited me too, and the birthday decorations that was put in my room and on my room door.

United StatesMost staff didn't speak English.. we had to beg daily for wash clothes.. housekeeping would say they were going to bring some but never showed up. I did see a few small roaches, gross I hate roaches.
Scenery and Vip breakfast and lunch diner..event hough it wasn't opened every day. They were painting for 3 days.
