The actual room was a lil too basic and lacked all the care we had had on the outside areas.

Teresa, the hostess, was impeccable in every sense of the word. The shared spaces were very pleasant and tidy, the garden was well kept and there was a lil chill out space with hammocks and big cushions to hang out.

The Service was really nice and we liked to stay there. We stayed just for one night. We had a really small room would not stay that long in there. The bathroom was acutally already quite old and not that nice anymore but for the night it was okay.

Was difficult to get in…had to call the property and someone came down to let us in. Asked about an early breakfast as we had to leave for the airport at 7:30AM but nothing was said so we didn’t eat- and it was supposed to be included. Host did not speak English - had to use Google translate. Place was dated. Sink clogged up. Booked 2 rooms and our kids had to stay in another part of the place which was not good.

Price. Host did help to order delivery for us.

The room was large however very dark with little natural light. I could hear snoring from the room above me. The property is next to a school so you can hear the noise from the school and the street, not very tranquil.

the room was a bit smelly/humid, but ok for just a night. we slept well and had a normal breakfast in the morning, before heading to Cabarete. A bit hard to find. We had a car and google maps brings you on the street but quite far away from the location. luckily the host guided us by phone even if it was late in the evening.

Quiet place to rest after a long flight. Hosts are super kind and friendly.

It is not easy to get to the inn by driving your own car, as the signage in Punta Cana and Bávaro is precarious. Room cleanliness needs improvement: the sheets apparently hadn't been changed (there was hair on them) and there were moths on the walls. The room was very dark: the floor, cabinets and furniture were very dark and the lighting was poor. There was a leak in the ceiling, that dripped onto the bedroom floor. There were no hangers in the closet. The bathroom window could not be closed, not preventing mosquitoes from entering the room. There was no hot water in the shower. I stayed at the hotel for three nights and my sleep was disturbed by a cat meowing all night under my window. In all the days I spent at the hotel, there was not a single drop of water in the taps from dawn until early evening. I felt cheated, since every day I was told that the lack of water was due to a pipe that broke in the city and that the next day there would be no more problems. I wouldn't recommend this inn unless the guest doesn't mind going whole days without a single drop of water to use the bathroom, shower or brush their teeth.

The inn, located in a residential condominium in Bávaro, is beautiful and well decorated. The garden is well maintained and has a clean pool. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

The communication wasn't best, they said they can pick us up at the airport and than didn't turn up... Also our party of 4 turn out to be only 3 people (2 adults, one child) and prior to our arrival we ask if we can stay in one room instead of two...they said that wasn't possible as 3 people couldn't fit in one room..yet when we arrived one of the rooms we had featured 2 double beds...so a bit disappointing in that way.
