Antigua & BarbudaI didn't like how one of the bellhop stood around after delivering our luggage and didn't leave until my cousin tipped him. I had never seen that before at a hotel.
I loved the different restaurants and outlets to acquire food. My room was fabulous the beds were so comfortable. Room service was prompt. I really liked the entertainment the hotel had, the different shows was great, we really enjoyed our stay. Our butler Ronni was awesome and attending to everything we needed, even the slightest little thing.

United StatesThe property was clean, but not maintained as well as it should be. It was the little things like the rooms were painted by non-professional people. The was paint splatter on the furniture and table tops. Paint on the fixtures, door jambs even the ceiling fans. these are not deal breakers, but still should not be at a resort.
The beach was small, but majority of the people were in the pool, so not bad. The food was good, but the breakfast buffet was not as nice as others we have visited.

The staff, the view, the food, the branded alcohol ant that the rooms were always clean and tidy. Additionally, rooms always stacked up with water.

It’s a very quiet place. I recommend it if you go as a couple or want to spend a few relaxed days. The staff is very nice.

United StatesOur expectations of the food were higher. For example, on our first day, we ordered room service, and the vegetable spring rolls arrived ice cold. The other food that was was warm, so I'm not quite sure how that happened. The Italian restaurant wasn't very good at all. It was subpar. The pool was open from 9-6pm. Would've liked it to be open a little later. Also, we visited during seaweed season, so enjoying the beach like we expected didn't happen. There was too much seaweed to get into the water.
It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. They had activities throughout each day we were there. It was also a nice place to just relax and enjoy the sun. I enjoyed the carribean fusion restaurant, the burgers and fries at the grill, and the breakfast buffet and omelets were good too.

United StatesOur trip was booked in July, I had requested transportation from the airport to the hotel. However, for 4 months, TRS Cap Cana never responded to messages sent about transportation. When I asked in July, they sent me a message with the name and email of someone to provide transportation. The email provided was invalid. I made several attempts to contact the hotel via phone, but no one answered the phone. I had to book a taxi while on the flight from Charlotte, NC, to Punta Cana. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were told the room we had booked wasn't available. We were told that they'd put us in a different room and we would have to change rooms on Monday, which was horribly inconvenient. We asked four different people for extra towels but never received the extra towels. The staff had trouble keeping the mini bar/refrigerator stocked. We had to call 3-4 imes a day to get it refilled. The trip was booked in my name. However, once they realized my wife spoke Spanish, it was like I didn't exist anymore. Our consiaire would only message my wife. Overall, the stay was ok. The food wasn't as good as the reviews suggested. It was more like airplane food. On 3 occasions, I ordered the ribeye medium rare, all 3 times I got well done. Honestly, you could get a better steak at a chain restaurant like Texas Roadhouse. The best meal of the day was breakfast.
