Lived everything about it. Best hotel I ever stayed at.

Very clean, well designed and comfortable. It’s is not practical to have a glass walled bathroom, no privacy, blinds should be fitted. We was charged an extortionate price of $33 for a bottle of wine in the roof top bar, the barman had to go to local shop to get it, we waited ages for him to return, the same wine was $2.99 in the shop, not happy !

Very unusual and unique experience with wacky decor which was very fun! Staff were very friendly, breakfast was nice, the area was nice and quiet at night. There’s a good pizza restaurant nearby too! Comfy and warm beds, very clean and WiFi was good. It was nice having a big tv too. Highly recommend!

The location, facility and staff were very good. We did not like having the same items for breakfast each morning. Secondly, the butter and jam brought to us at breakfast was used by someone else. Thirdly, we didn’t realize the hotel would charge us 15% to pay using our credit card. Fourthly, for us, the pillows were very hard and prevented us from getting a good nights sleep.

There was no safety deposit box in the room

We had a room on the top floor and these are very big. Huge TV and the bed was comfy. The area is actually very nice and we felt very comfortable even at night. The only time n Quito when we felt very unsafe was near the Hilton close to the market.

I really can’t think of a negative thing during our stay.

It was located in the historic district of Quito and it transported you back in time. Their rooftop restaurant had an exceptional view of the city, especially at night.

Spent 3 nights here. Newish hotel in old town. Beautiful old building that has been renovated with care. Comfortable bed, good bathroom with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was included and tasty. Rooftop dining area and bar has amazing views over old town . Communication with staff difficult if you don't speak Spanish. Close to shops and squares but not as central as some other hotels. Located up a dark street if walking after sunset. No filtered water available in rooms.

I stayed here twice. Staff were great, especially front desk, Denis and Melvin. Good location. Good breakfast. Staff went above and beyond for me. Rooftop bar was fun.

Nice hotel and walkable distance to the squares and the Bascillica. Rooftop bar had a great view, especially at night.

For such a classy hotel, I would expect at least a bottle of water in the room. When I asked, I was sent to the (very cool) roof top restaurant where I had to purchase water bottles. Also, only two old bath towels were in the room, no hand towels, etc. Cheaped out on extras I would expect here. We also had a very early flight and tried to get some evening rest, but the creaking wooden floors above us didn't allow for much peace. I would ask for a top floor room or an empty room above if you are a light sleeper.

We loved this hotel! Location in historic centre of Quito, ca 10 min walk to the Main Square. Clean and cozy room, comfy bed - we slept like babies. The rooftop bar had the best views on Quito.

Beds were a little hard. You could not get coffee until 8 am, when breakfast started. Breakfast was the same everyday, which was excellent, but some variety would be nice.

The location was super, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the view from the restaurant was spectacular! Definitely recommend and we would stay here again in an instant! Wonderful experience.

This is a fantastic historic property that has mega abundant class! My room was spacious, classic and modern together. The patio restaurant is extraordinary. I truly hated to leave that view. The staff is very accommodating & professional!!!
