In comparison to other hotels in the area and at the same star rating this was definitely over priced.

Great location and fantastic staff, especially the concierge. Restaurant was fantastic, breakfast buffet amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

No bath robes provided. The card system for the lift kept failing - I had to go back to reception many times to have the card reset. No black tea or real milk in room (just powdered creamer), and no teaspoons. Restaurant was too brightly lit in the evening and had no atmosphere. Food I had in the restaurant was mediocre and not as expected.

Breakfast was really good. Room comfortable and spacious with good views. Bathroom all good. Pool and gym were great. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel has seen better days, some renovations needed. The TV is not even smart. Saunas didn't work and no staff there.

Quisimos usar las areas humedas (turco) pero habia que esperar que prendan y que se caliente lo cual era mucho tiempo, al final solo pudimos usar jacuzzi.

We stayed here for only one night and actually splurged big time by staying here, in comparison to our usual hotel choices. But everyone deserves a bit of pampering every now and then and this hotel does just that. Beds were great. Shower was great. Water was hot and the towels were soft and fluffy. Roomservice worked like a dream and breakfast was lovely.

Paid for executive club lounge and 3 out of four nights there was no hot food or wine left when we arrived around 6:30 pm, service was non existent and food was not replenished, paid extra for access to lounge with very little benefit very poor will not pay for poor service and service in a minimum stocked club lounge not a memorable experience, will not recommend to friends to pay quite embarrassing. Unfortunate because all consierge staff and bar staff were exceptional

There was a terrible problen that caused real inconvenience - the magnetic card for the elevator and room door very often did not work. I had to cahnge cards many times, and even more often ad to ask the conceirge to follow me to the elevator and the room. This is absolutely unfitted to a good hotel like yours.

We paid extra to be on the Executive floor and were unpleasantly surprised when water coming out of the tap was brown one morning and no hot water the next morning. They did fix it though.

Food is very good and the Executive Lounge has a wonderful view. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Checkout should have been midday, but Reception let us stay on until 14.00 when we were due to depart to the airport. This was important as my husband was suffering with altitude sickness and it gave him somewhere quiet to lie down.

The room was a little hot. We kept setting the temperature to 67 and it was always turned off when we came back to the room.

The staff were very nice and the Hilton had a convenient location. The hotel restaurant was reasonably prices and there were many other restaurants located near by.

this may seem petty but we were part of a tour but booked to stay the night before as it was easier to fit in with other travel plans. The tour allowed for access to the VIP lounge. the check in told us all about the VIP lounge but was quite insistent we could only access it the following day. overall we have 3 nights with the hotel (2 part of the tour) it just felt mean to not provide the vip acess the day early (which frankly we wouldnt really use as we were out on tours all day. ) also the lobby and bar is too cold to sit in, we didnt bother having a drink as was freezing. Hotel is a little dated but clean.

A little far from walkable areas, needing to take a taxi. The coffee maker wasn’t working very well and when it did, it was pretty rough

Big, safe, and next to a park and nearby restaurants. The concierge was helpful in getting taxis to and from old town.
