Confident location in the centre of town on San Cristóbal. Room was a bit dark but comfortable and clean. But expensive but not terrible

I was charged $17 usd for using my card without it being explained to me first. And the wifi doesn’t work in the room- there is one armchair in the hallway which other people are also having to sit at to use the wifi.

Room is spacious light and clean. Good aircon and TV. Breakfast was nice. Hotel is only set 1 road behind the main strip so it’s quieter but still super convenient.

Not closets to put your clothes, I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase all my staying, and also needs new mattress, every-time I get up from bed make a noise.

The hot water in the shower is unreliable. It was never freezing though.

In a great location seconds from the front. Room a good size, cleaned well every day and a decent breakfast included. You can also rent snorkels for the day and organise tours (I did not do the later).

The room was not ready for check-in the moment we arrived and there was not hot water in the shower (it was solved in the next day).

Enough space in the bedroom. The shower water is sufficiently hot. Water server in the lobby serves drinking water. The quality of breakfast was good.

Staff didn't feel it necessary to hide their disapproval when I confirmed the matrimonial room for me (he/him) and my boyfriend.

Good location. Short walk to everything. Nice balcony with water views. Air con which was needed.

Room was in need of decoration, sea view is 'partial' and mostly obscured by old buildings, insulation not great so noisy from outside and shower cubicle poor

Really could do with a new mattress

Location is great, close to restaurants and the port/beach/sea lions. Basic accommodation, breakfast was OK, hosts friendly but speak no English. Overall generally OK.

Breakfast was very good. Everyone was helpful and they had tours from the hostel. We had a balcony and enjoyed it in the evening. Very close to everything along the front street coffee, food, ice cream and happy hours.

We sat for the breakfast for 15 min wating to be acknowledged. Very basic for over 60 dollars room. 3 beds in double room.

Room very basic but clean. 3 beds in the room which is a bit strange as I have booked double room and hotel was quite empty. Nice central location. Has air-conditioning.
