Almost perfect, but the ever-present Quito traffic noise with beeping could be cut down better with double-glazing in the windows. This would also keep the rooms warmer, as they can get a bit chilly at times (or provide a spare blanket or duvet somewhere in the room).

The private rooms are beautiful, spacious with very comfortable beds and excellent showers. For the price it's a complete bargain. Included breakfast is substantial with a four different menu options to choose from (even if it wasn't included it would be worth the ~$5 to buy it).

The shared kitchen was very poor - very limited appliances (only an oven top with 2 jobs working for the whole hostel). The hostel runs cooking lessons throughout the day / eve so kitchen is unavailable to use and the shared fridge is full of prep for these lessons

It’s a really comfortable hostel with a lovely backyard and relaxing area. The privat rooms have a beautiful garden view. Although the staff was really nice, helped at any time with every issue and also organized tours or taxis. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner options at night. All in all, a really great hostel right in the historical city center where you can feel safe, just relax and come down but also get to know many other people. They even offer chocolate or beer tasting, yoga sessions and so much more. I loved it and will definitely come back!!

Great place, one block from city center, they help us book a nice tour to cotopaxi, bed was comfortable like in my home and big like airport 😉 For the price is this hotel on of the best choices what you can make in quito 😉 Great brekfast and nice restaurant.

There was a constant of weird noises by the private rooms. One of them turned out to be another guest using the very thin roof to do his 7am workout and everyone below can hear legit everything. May be worth putting up a sign.

The staff is the best thing about this hostel. They were all so lovely and went out of their way to help, from all the girls in the reception to the restaurant, maintenence and cleaning staff! And location was spot on.

The warm shower doesn't work fine.... The hotel is on the main street, so the car's noise will Wake up to you early in the morning... The TV is too small and a basic audio quality . The location is good, safely to walk on the day... But the local people advice you don't go out alone on the night...

The staff was excellent, very friendly people and always helps to you... There's a daily Ecuatorian culture tasting (beer, chocolate.. etc) and the game room is very funny... A good restaurant and there are friendly cats in the garden

Not much going on in the afternoon/evenings at the hostel - making it a bit harder to meet people. Partly due to no bar in the main communal area and only craft beer being on sale ($4 for 330ml bottle!)

The wooden floor make a lot of noise.

It's really central. It was clean and there are lot of common areas to chill out. I really liked the restaurant and the breakfast. My room had a view in the garden so it wasn't noisy. In my dorm for 6 beds there were two showers that was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and big. There are big lockers and curtains for privacy.
