Food was great! Prices very cheap. As hostel guests you get a discount on food and drinks (I think it was 50% + tax). View amazing. Everything very clean. Staff very friendly. In the evening I participated in the bachata class, which was quite fun! Highly recommend!

- you can hear the rooftop terrace in your room - beds are only 1.90m long so I didn't fit completely - fire alarm in the room was constantly flashing red - 'fixed' with duct tape, but not a great solution

- great location - great view over Quito from the rooftop terrace - enough staff that spoke decent English

A really small thing that ended up being fine but was just slightly annoying is there was no outlet on the top bunk bed I was sleeping on. I don't think this is the norm from others I talked to but maybe just something to keep in mind and bring a power bank for if you need an alarm in the morning.

The hostel was centrally located and everyone was so nice! The excursions were convenient, timely, and really interesting. Definitely take the free walking tour!Angie and Miguel in the tourism room downstairs were incredibly helpful and Katja and Alex were amazing in helping me get a new phone after mine was lost! Jose was incredibly kind too! I felt very comfortable staying there as a solo traveler and was able to meet some great people during my stay.

Location and view were amazing. The rooftop is the best in town and happy hour was a blast. The rooms are a little bare minimum, but everything else is amazing. The organization of the shuttle to their Cotopaxi location was super helpful too. Would recommend to friends!

The only thing I didn’t like about the dorms is that they were no window, so no fresh air, it can be a bit stinky especially in the morning !

The rooftop, the food was good, they organize guided walk. The location is top, the shuttles coming from Cuyabeno stop in front of the hostel.

The music at the restaurant in the evening was a bit too loud to have a conversation with your dinner partner, but if you are there to party, it definitely provided the party vibe!

They had a free walking tour that was excellent. Also the view from the restaurant was amazing. The main reason we chose this place was they offered a direct shuttle to Banos for only $20 per person. This was excellent - safe and they delivered us directly to our airbnb in Banos. The shuttle leaves at 3pm each day so it allowed us to take their 10am free walking tour. We had the veggie lasagne at the restaurant and it was great - packed with veggies!

When you first arrive, they ask you to leave your bags on the tour agency (ground floor), so you go to the 4th floor for check in. After you have to go back to the ground floor, pick up your bags and go back to your room, on the 4th floor. It makes no sense for me. The transport to airport is 20$, but when I arrived there, the driver said it was 25$, I said about the hostel price. He got very angry and left. He was driving a hostel car

Booked a double bedroom for my husband and I, the room was a bit small with no where to put clothes. No facilities within the room. A bit noisy, you can hear guests upstairs and loud music until 11pm. Quite expensive compared to other accomodations around Ecuador.

Clean room and shared bathroom. Lovely view from terrace while having breakfast. Yummy avo toast. Staff super helpful re planning transport and activities and giving recommendations. Good location.

The staff are questionable here… we stayed a few nights prior to this booking and ordered food and it took forever to come… had to go and remind them & when I went to remind them the staff were pouring rum and other sprites straight from the bottle into each others mouths and guests mouths. Weird. Food is good though. Rain burger is great.

Amazing! Loved it here loved the views and the bed was comfy. We had a private room the toilet was clean and when using the shared shower they were clean too.

Only thing i didnt like was the lack of communal kitchen.

The whole vibe was really good but it was definitely the staff that made my stay special. Mario was the kindest and most helpful receptionist, im glad i had him when i checked in. Katia always made sure i had a good time when up on the balcony and i really appreciated a neighbor from europe. And last but definitely not least Miguel was just amazing, his spanish lessons helped a lot, he is the devil of the dance floor when it comes to bacchata lessons, and he even took the time to take me to one of his favorite restaurants, and show me around the city a bit. Also id love to mention so many more people i just dont remember their names sadly:((

Perfect experience! A lot of people but also a lot of private space! Party or live music till 11, but then it's quiet amd people have the option to go to a partybus. If you are in a room/dorm on the first level you don't hear any noise! Great food and very good prices and happy hours. Perfect mix of meeting new people and have a relaxed time.
