the bed was not comfortable at all, it was a foam mattress so it’s felt like I was laying on the hard plate under the mattress and it give me back pain..

It was an amazing experience wouldn’t wanted to miss it! Beautiful and clean!

Did not understand how to get the tv on (turned on, but showed no signal) or a headset in the capsule. Little bit too hot, 25 degrees. Although the air inlet eorked all noght it did not cooled down the capsule.

Quiet and comfortable. Really loved two pillows in the capsule. Overall a nice stay with that price. Kitchen was nice and equipped to my expectation - vending machines contained everything in case you forgot something to bring.

The buttons in the capsule were constantly on, which means bright blue light was visible at all times. It didn't bother me, but it's be nice if you could somehow switch them off.

Exceptionally clean place with comfy bed and fantastic kitchen with everything you need (you need to buy your own products). I was there for a short time but it wa smuch better than another hostel in Tallinn I visited during mt stay. Enjoyed it.

A lot was broken in my capsule, the TV remote didn't control the TV, the power outlet wasn't working and the USB outlet was too low powered so I couldn't really charge anything.

There was no stuff at the facilities. As a foreigner without local number hard to get in touch. There is always a bright blue light in the capsule. My remote was not working, even though I wrote it via booking no answer to it. Officially no luggage storage. Bags outside of the room.

Some soap dispensers were empty, had to find soap from other WC and also change shower stalls.

Been here before and I think it's good value for money, also I like the modern atmosphere! Everything was clean and I appreciate the towel and slippers since that's a couple things less to pack while on a quick work or event trip. Love the kitchen! Cleanest hostel kitchen I have seen for sure and has everything one would need. Thank you for upgrading me to the fem dorm and bigger capsule, see you on future trips! :)

not 100% clean inside the capsule (the smaller, the more you notice dust in corners etc.) the ventilation in the sleeping room (not the box, but the room) was not working (probably something wrong with the filter) which left a nasty smell

Bed linen could be cleaner. Also there was trash above my capsule, also between the wall and the mattress. The remote control in my capsule was very dirty also the headphones cord was broken. There was still so much blue light in the capsule that I felt I needed an eye mask for sleeping.

Cheap, has convenient self-check-in, could do it by myself at 4am. Overall felt clean, tho was not entirely.

- I love the whole capsule concept and wished it was more popular in Europe. Even though you share the room with several people the capsules still provide a good amount of privacy. - cleanliness - public transport stops are right outside the hostel

The hotel is somewhat far away from the city center positioned. Beyond that, the mattresses are quite uncomfortable.

It was a bit hot in the capsule: up to 28 degrees even with the fan on. A bit hard to fall asleep if you prefer colder room.

Cleanliness over weekends was sometimes an issue. To no fault of the host or staff, guests were lax in picking up after themselves. Perhaps including check-in instructions on the front door... Not much to critique.

Great staff, service and overall stay. Will definitely use again, especially if I have guests. The pods and noise-cancelling was the best part. Convenient location, access to services, and responsive hosts.

It was quite heavy to carry all my things back and forth so lockets could be a bit closer to sleeping capsules. Clothes racks to dry clothes would also be useful.

Sci-fi experience :D the interrior of the capsule is like a spaceship. I enjoyed the llights and the privacy.

guests are meant to place their belongings in (not so big) lockers that are relatively far from the capsules. This has the advantage that the capsule room is quiet, but you have to remember to take clothes and some belongings with you. Also, while the tram is convenient, it is overall a little far from the old town, walking takes 30min.

The capsule itself was ok, a good experience, check-in process could be smoother but the place is super quiet and the tram stops practically at the doorstep.
