Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. FinlandThe carpet is not well cleaned. My kid found an almond on the floor as soon as we settled in. I constantly found small pebbles stuck in the carpet when I'm barefoot. The bathroom door was very squeaky. Lastly, the AC didn't seem to run even though the temperature control said it was on. Lucklily they provide a table fan so it wasn't too hot.

Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, not too busy. They have really nice deep bathtub.They have a great bartender, who makes really good cocktails. Location is really good, few min from old town.

The location is great, you can walk to the city center and the main historic attractions. You can also walk to the ferry port and take a day trip to Helsinki. Nearby there is a fruit market, restaurants, pubs, and bars. A supermarket and the train station are next to the hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was big.

After room was upgraded to a air conditioner had a smelly air conditioner so did not switch it on. The previous room had a bathroom odour and was rectified by staff by applying cleaning liquid.
