The owner of the facility is a very nice gentleman who showed me everything and at the beginning asked if he should prepare the sauna for today for me:) In the hostel is also nice fire place.

I didn't like persons who lived there and most of them make mess in the kitchen and didn't clean after themselves.

The owner is very nice, also his lovely dog, the garden is good, quit place to stay for the night.

It is an old house and a bit messy in places. Location is a bit far out from town centre.

Owner is really nice and welcoming. Speaks only Russian or German but was put through his daughter on phone to do the translation and explain things to me. Use of sauna at night was offered although Indod not take advantage of it. Quiet and comfortable room.

Very cosy place to stay! Beautiful location & host is so friendly and helpful! 5 stars for hospitality! I really enjoyed it here! Using the bike made it 10x easier and more fun to get around.

Pretty decent stay, about 1 km from the centre of town. It is run by a private person, not a professional hotel, so it comes with some of the idiosyncrasies that every lived in home has. But within those constraints, it is a very good value for the money, the host is very friendly, brought me up to speed on what can be touristed in town and tried to accomodate my questions (I was travelling by bike and needed a place to put it away safely from prying eyes because it is a pretty good carbon bike, it probably won't survive for longer than an hour if chained to someplace in Amsterdam or Antwerp; in Haapsalu, it is maybe not that tough, but you never want to take too many chances), so I felt welcomed. The kitchen and fridge were shared and totally adequate, same for the sanitary installations.

It is an ancient wooden house, which is not problem for me, but if you have some allergies on mould or dust, have this in mind.

The house has a shared space such as kitchen and toilet and they weren't clean, especially the kitchen - it was very dirty.

The house was surrounded by the woods, it was very lovely. Not far from the city by foot, the walk itself is very nice. We had a chat with our host and he told us what to do in Haapsalu. Bike renting option was great!

Very nice place to stay. Frendly staff, room was nice. Building has jacoozi, sauna wich you can use when you want when its free. Also there are bicycles wich you can use!

The decor was pretty outdated and the home was slightly cluttered.

Though the owner doesn't speak English, he gave a very clear and thorough gestural tour of the room, bathrooms and house. The WiFi was good. The value for money was good too.

A bit noisy - you can hear neighbours

Private house with a lot of rooms. Wide kitchen with all necessary for cooking. Two or three refrigerators. Sauna. Garden where to go out and drink morning coffee. Cost effective place.

The downstairs (common) bathroom needs a new shower curtain and mold cleaned from its corners. Downstairs kitchen could be a bit cleaner also.

The host introduced the property nicely and was helpful. Use of bicycles and a sauna was offered to us free of charge. We were offered a room in the smaller house, the room was spacious and it had a balcony with 2 chairs. The room had a private toilet. We felt the overall value for money was high. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend.

I expected more dogs!!! Wanted dogs! Hahaha. Although I'm very grateful for the great stay and overall homely and comfortable feel of the house, it needs a good wash, if I'm honest. People with breathing problems or allergies should maybe find a more conventional accommodation. Also, rooms in the ground floor a cooler, which is relevant in this heat. This is more of a countryside hostel.

The best value for money! For under 20 euros you get your own room, an unlimited bike rental, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee-tea-some food, a washing machine, a bathtub (!), a large and nice common area, and a nice host who's happy to help with advice and action, so to say. He really saved me and the bike by picking me up from the Vormsi ferry on his minivan. And giving me a lift to the station the day after. The outdoor grounds are nice and neat.
