The location of the hotel was great. The bus from the airport stops right opposite the hotel. It is an easy walk to reach the Old Town and also the excellent market behind the station. The restaurant served tasty food. As a single female traveller I felt quite safe.

We found the reserved room to be small. They were able to provide a studio for the same price - but underground. It was cozy and quiet. The location was good, the staff helped with information.

Nothing to complain

A very good localisation near the old city center is one of the advantages of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and useful. When traveling with a pet you need to pay more but the pet is also treated as a guest.

Breakfast cafe was very full, but I think that’s inevitable when there are many customers. There was a sign ant the breakfast buffet that in that case one can also take their food to the restaurant and eat there, but maybe that information should be somewhere closer to the cafes entrance. If it was - my mistake and I didn’t see it.

Good location. Nice room size and good blinding curtains (an essential when travelling with a baby). Also it was very quiet although it seemed like the hotel was pretty full. Staff was nice and friendly. Comfortable firm mattress. Also plus points for being pet friendly.

The beds were twins, we had to stick them together to make a double bed.

Room and bathroom on the small side. The breakfast room is rather small too, especially when large groups of tourists are staying at the hotel.

Just observations really. Bath over shower and a very deep bath so access/safety may be an issue for some. No tea or coffee making facities in the room. Good value business lunch which ran from 12-4pm but it wasn't available when we arrived at 12.30pm. A little baffling.

A very nice room, plenty of space for us with a fair bit of luggage. Good air-conditioning kept the room at a nice temperature. Very comfortable bed. Parking available and restaurant on-site. Around a 15 minute walk into the old town.

The hotel breakfast was poor, we went at 9:30 AM and everything was finished, nothing was restocked and breakfast is served until 11 o clock . Tables were not cleaned and choice was very small.

The location is really good, it’s very near to old town but you can still park your car with reasonable price. The rooms are big and amenities are good.

The breakfast was okay but also limited. No regular croissants, no Nutella, almost no sweets. There was not even sirup for the pancakes.

Only thing is that rooms card reader is glitching all the time when you put card on door reader and its hard to get into your room with first try. All other things is good.

I really liked the breakfast, there was various choice of food and drinks. Room was clean and decent, as well as location is just wonderful, everything is close and convenient. Paid parking is available, 13 euro per day.

Breakfast was not tasty and overpriced, luckily we booked it only for 1 night out of our 2-night stay, but I don't recommend having a breakfast here. There are plenty of places around with same costs but better and tastier options. Parking is a a bit overpriced as well, it's covered with gravel, not really comfortable with rolling suitcases.

Very well equipped hotel. We stayed in Premium Double Room with Sofa which was really spacious and the bathroom was also big and comfortable. Location is also good, all the major attractions are within walking distance. It's convenient that hotel has own parking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back, but without breakfast. So I can recommend the same to others.

Breakfast had just 2 sorts of bread, the other was toast. As a scandinavian I value more bread varieties.

A/C did not work all that well. Parking was a bit of a challenge as their space next to hotel is pretty small. But that's Europe.

Breakfast was great. Hotel is actually quite close to the Estonian Parliament and the Toompia section of town. Very close to Occupations museum. Many restaurants on street. Fairly easy to walk to Old Town. Good location for sightseeing while not in the middle of town. Breakfast was great. We had one dinner there, the evening we came in, which was very good. BIG tub in bathroom, which my wife loved to soak in after a long day walking. Beds were good. Room was cleaned daily and was nice. They gave us sheets upon request, as Americans are not used to comforters in warmer weather. Good wifi. Room was a good size. I would definitely stay there again.
