Very clean hotel in a good location, short walk into the old town. Breakfast very varied. Staff helpful. Pool is a nice additional with a great view from the top floor.

Nothing to complain about.

Very convenient located in the city right at the city walls of the old city with connection to many busses and trams. The hotel is very modern and looks very new offering basically all you need for a business trip. Rooms are modern and appealing with very good equipment. My room was towards the inner atrium and very quite. The breakfast offers are very wide variety of things to start you day with. From diary and non-diary porridge over savoury items to bread, yoghurt, jams, fruits and strawberry smoothie shots. Since we stayed in the cold seasons and the weather wasn't that nice on one day we visited the leisure center which has a pool, jacuzzi, a steam bath (mixed) and two saunas (separated). All parts are also new and we could close our day with relaxing there.

Neighbouring building's ventillation system was very noisy, switched off only at midnight and on around 5 in the morning (waking me up).

Stylish, modern, comfortable. Location right beside old city centre, good access by public transport, Excellent breakfast with many local delicacies (and hotel's own honey collected in rooftop beehives :-) ). Top-floor sauna, steam bath and pool with superb view above the old town. One of the best city hotels I ever stayed at.

The Location is really in the heart of the city, all walking distance. The staff was very professional and english speaking. the Restaurant is amazing, and the breakfast was very good with a very good choice of local and international productss.

Above us, on the floor above, there was a system for the pool and jacuzzi. Occasionally, noises could be heard from above, especially in the evening when they became louder.

Overall, the hotel is very good—spotlessly clean with amazing pillows and blankets (but only in the deluxe rooms; in standard rooms, they are of lower quality). The breakfast is excellent!

Everything was great

Beautiful hotel at the Viru Gates. Very well run, friendly staff, large bedroom with everything you would need. Mini fridge, complimentary drinks, coffee and tea facilities. Super large bed - extremely comfortable with lovely pillows. Fantastic shower in a large bathroom. Lots of lights in bedroom and bathroom.

Everything was perfect.

Our stay was perfect, big room and big bathroom with a bathtub, the bed was very confortable. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool in the last floor, with views! You can walk to downtown in just few minutes.

Nothing, everything was amazing! One of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had, with a massive selection and variety and even a omelette bar.

Amazing facilities and service provided by the staff, in a brilliantly located area with a ten minute walk from the old town. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in Tallinn for my Christmas holiday with girlfriend!

The only minor thing is that the check in staff didn’t really give a welcoming talk and explained all the facilities on offer and breakfast times etc, should definitely mention if paid for at the booking stage etc

The receptionists lack genuine warmth, welcoming smiles, we travel extensively and are always welcomed with big smiles that leaves a lasting impression, but it’s only a small issue in what was a fabulous stay.

The pool was a huge bonus and we availed of it every evening after a long day of walking. Breakfast was amazing, with lots to choose from. Location was superb, so central.

Loved the location, so near to the old town n the Christmas market. Big shopping complex right across the hotel and a 24-hour supermarket nearby as well. Room was spacious n comfortable
