The bar in the hotel was very understaffed on the ground floor on new years eve (may have been a one off). Old drinks glasses from the bar not cleared from the room when the room was serviced for 3 days

There was black hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived (I’m blonde). I requested a double room, but got a twin room instead. However, corner room with two windows and a beautiful 180 view made up for it. As the hotel was quite full, at breakfast we had to look for a table, stand in queues for coffee, etc.

Beautiful room, professional staff. Amazing breakfast, best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The bed was so comfortable, bedsheets so soft, I had a great sleep. The spa was also wonderful, not too crowded so we enjoyed it peacefully.

We booked a room at the Radisson Collection Hotel for New Year’s Eve, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The premium city and Old Town view room on the 19th floor turned out to be an ideal choice, offering a stunning 160-degree panorama of the city and the spectacular New Year’s fireworks. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the mini-spa was pleasantly quiet, allowing us to relax in peace. Breakfast, however, was a bit chaotic due to the large number of guests, making it challenging to find a table. Next time, we’ll opt for the convenience of ordering breakfast to the room. Overall, it was a delightful experience. The rooms were well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and nice, which added to the positive impression. The Spa area was really good but the only negative was that it was not cleaned and very slippery due to water not being brushed. Lots of rubbish from used water cups around etc.

The rooms were fantastic. Super modern, very good features on TV and range of channels, the room lighting was amazing! So many lighting options. My wife especially loved this in the bathroom with the different mirror options and lighting. The bed was very comfortable and all very clean.

A great gym, several saunas, a very good room. The breakfast was exceptional with all the varieties. It could be open a bit longer especially during the holiday season though. The service was excellent for Estonian/European standards.

The spa/sauna is good, but it was overcrowded.

The room was spacious and comfortable with nice view of the city. The hotel has two nice restaurants although a bit pricey, but worth it. The gym is very well equipped. The location is good walking distance from the old town.

We absolutely loved everything about the hotel. The facilities were top notch, Spa, gym, restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic. This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.

The first time we stayed at this hotel was a year ago, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. This year, we spontaneously decided to return to the hotel for my birthday and Christmas because last year we were more than satisfied with everything. This year, we were also pleasantly surprised by a lovely birthday treat waiting for us in the room. We had a wonderful time, relaxed, and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is super clean. The spa area is a particular highlight. It has everything you could possibly need and even more. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, such as the complimentary fruits and snacks in the lobby. The view is beautiful, and everything is spotless. The breakfast here is the best I have ever had. There is an enormous variety of options, even for those on a diet or with specific dietary preferences. Everyone will find something suitable. A huge thank you to all the staff at this hotel. We deeply appreciate the lovely surprise and the warm welcome. We will definitely return again. Even while sitting in the hotel lobby before checking out, we were already planning our next stay here. So I hope we’ll see each other again very soon!

There are not enough elevators for the amount of people in the hotel, it took 20 minutes for me to go down and check out.

Everything was perfect , bed was very comfortable, personnel was very polite and nice, breakfasts are superb. Spa is also very nice, and there were not many people, so it was easy to relax. City view from the room number is also stunning.

The staff from the Mekk Restaurent & Bar (Evening restaurent) was extremely cold and not taking care of our table of 6 persons. It sad to say as in the other hand the personal for the breakfast and those working in the hotel itself were really great.

Nothing really although it didn’t quite have that personal touch being such a large hotel.

I had booked a room with a view of the old town and my room on the 17th floor did not disappoint. Room was well equipped and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Lifts were fast. Breakfast was plentiful with much to choose from.
