How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Absolutely perfect! The room was big, the bed was soft, the tv had streaming service. The spa was really nice. The location was a 10 minute walk from the old town. Would recommend!!

The spa could have a jacuzzi, but it was great nevertheless.
The best hotel I have been in Tallinn. Room was very nice with great beds. The best part of the stay was the breakfast: great options (buffet and from the menu) and very tasty with excellent service. Spa is clean and nice with many saunas.

I'd like a walk in shower but thats a very minor quibble.
Possibly the best value hotel I've stayed in. Fabulous staff and facilities and it feels cared for. Easy 15 minute stroll to the centre and 15 minute on a bus route to the airport. Couldn't fault it.

I like the check-in process facilitated by Abdullah. It was very smooth and he gave us all the necessary information about the hotel and the city itself. He was very pleasant and professional and warm at the same time-a true gem in the hospitality industry. The breakfast is another good thing worthy to mention. The food selection is great and the a la carte service within a buffet is a nice touch. But what makes it outstanding is the fact that the staff are very attentive of your needs. It’s like they can read your mind and in a second they’re already in your table asking if there’s something that we needed. It’s just amazing! Lastly, the location is just perfect. Close to everything. On our first day, I had to rush my brother to the hospital and in 5 minutes we were there already. Walking distance to the old town as well. It was a great decision to stay here and I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Children use the spa as a play area. An age restriction might help. Unable to relax when they're bombing from the pool into the hot tub onto your legs.
The whole hotel was beautiful, friendly staff and the food was delicious.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the charming old town. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious array of dishes and fresh ingredients. I also appreciated the meticulous toiletries offered, including a cozy bathrobe, body lotion, and slippers. I highly recommend the Radisson Collection Hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn!

Very clean, good location, very nice and friendly staff, good breakfast I could say that everything in this hotel is exceptional. Anyway, we traveled to many countries, but our experience at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Tallinn was amazing and exceptional. The hotel management and staff made our 8th wedding anniversary unforgettable. They surprised us with complimentary champagne, making our anniversary even more special and memorable. Highly recommended!
