Clean modern hotel on the edge of the old town. Reception area and room were exceptional. We had a room on the 15th floor. The room was soundproofed and very quiet, we had no sleep disturbances or people banging doors outside. Reception desk were friendly and professional. The hotel was on the edge of Tallin city gates…about a 6-8 minute walk away.

The pool area was very small and the pool was only abt 150 cm deep. There was no luggage bench in the room.

Amazing stay, such a nice luxary hotel at the heart of Tallinn. Very elegant. Beautiful spacey rooms, spectacukar view from the window, comfortable temperature and beds. SPA was so nice and relaxing. We could highly recomnened if you wish to have just a perfect stay in Tallinn.

The receptionist seemed to be confused, she basically asked us how we want to pay and we had to mention we have already paid. The second thing was that she asked us for credit card which we didn’t have the physical card(but we had the card info) so she decided to lock the minibar for us which is absolutely insane😄we loved our first stay and the second stay wasn’t as delightful as first one and that’s fine.

Breakfast coffee was not good, no oat milk. The hotel staff came in with a card and without knocking when I asked for extra toiletries. It was unpleasant.

Bed was a bit on the hard side, it's a bit of a personal preference issue so it is not much of negative and more a question of taste.

We were using a suite and it was excellent - spacious living room and main bathroom were very comfy made the stay an experience of our stay akin to living in an upscale apartment in a highrise in the middle of a city.

We were there during probably one of the busiest time of the year but the staffing at check in was not in proportion to the amount of guests arriving, so it took really long for us to check in.

The rooms are really nice and come with super comfy beds and pillows! The breakfast with a A'la cart menu was excellent. The spa area was also great.

It was a bit hectic at breakfast, but expectable given that it was Sunday. The concept of “forced ventilation” in the room even on the lowest setting is understandable, but still, it would be cool to have opportunity to set it completely off.

Everything during our stay was great! The room was spacious and the view from the windows was fantastic. Check in process was smooth and Olena on reception was kind enough to find my Radisson Reward profile even when I completely forgot about it. The service during breakfast was amazing and very pleasant — I would like to thank all the staff and especially Larissa. Also, hotel staff prepared the suprise I wanted to make for my wife and it was very lovely.

My colleague couldn’t come due to sickness, I was charged in full for the room. Also, I requested one double bed and instead I got twin bed..

Clean everywhere. Staff helpful and polite. Beautiful spa. Excellent massage. Toiletries provided were really good. Little touches like hot Glog and snacks available in ten afternoons; boot shiner.
