There was not many power outlets in the room, was, none by the bed so could charge the phone nearby.

Room was spacious. Dog friendly also with a park to walk around nearby. Free parking as well . Helpful staff member to help me with the check in as unfortunately I never received the sms with the information of how to get in to the room.

It is a bit far from center, but there is frequent bus from center.

Fast check in. Big room and big bed. It was warm during winter. There is a big supermarket nearby.

Not really a problem per se, but there could be a chair in the room - the bed had an uncomfortable edge to sit on that.

Even though I arrived on a cold day, the room was warm (something I was a bit worried about beforehand). I checked in after the reception hours and received a thorough message how to get in, and everything went smoothly. The room looked fine and the bed was comfortable (especially the pillows), and the tea/coffee in the room was a nice touch. The location is not central, but the bus stop is just in front of the building, if you don't come by car.

Bed mattress could be more harder

Excellent price/value, Breakfast is pretty good. Staff is very customer oriented. Common kitchen is a plus!

Toilet was a bit dirty and floor in room wasn’t too clean

Room was ok, but not too clean. It was more like hostel than hotel. But ok to sleep for that money. I had breakfast in room, because I was the only eating client. Nice suprise and breakfast was good (too much food for me). :-)

this hotel overdelivers by all means! very super friendly and helpful staff, and the rooms are really too good to be true! lots of space, a terrific wide bed and the bathroom is also how it should be.

Maybe it could be a bit more warmer when we arrived. Otherwise we had to raise the curtains to let the heat in the room. But that's just one small thing.

Considering that it was 2 start hotel, have to admit, that the rooms and service exceeded our expectations. In our room we had private sauna, that we were able to use. The rooms was clean and comfortable. Also toilet and bathroom was in high quality.

We booked this number because we came from another country, to rest after a long drive. Our room was next to some guy and woman who had seggs all night long, and she was screaming like a pig at least 6-7 hours. I think it was possible to hear her at the parking lot. No sleep, we got up and got out of there as soon as possible.

Staff is great, we came for the night stop at 11pm. Location is not bad, simple motel, or even hostel i would say. Our room was comfy, had a coffee on the table wich was nice.

On one day morning we got surprise, there was no hot water. Room was not cleaned every day during the stay. Could be great to have a small refrigerator in the room. Breakfast for additional money is hosted by other company and there was no detailed information about what you can get. We didn't order it. We recommend to make a better management for those, who want order breakfast.

We had a good small room on the second floor. We was lucky, room was equipped with air conditioning which was really needed, because there was a warm summer days in Tartu. There was a liquid soap and shower gel available.We think that location is good, not far from city center, there is a bus stop near the hotel and it takes about 10 minutes to the city center. Free parking place. Free Wi-Fi.
