Breakfast. Old room. Window was broken and not opened. Water is leaking in the bathroom and toilet. Windows in whole hotel is very dirty. Industrial area.

Good view. Friendly staff. Comfortable bad. Free parking. Internet is very bad but Stuff was apologized and bring us Free sweets and cocktails.

Breakfast's set menu is dull and boring. Instant payment is required whenever I request a paid service (instead of simply adding it to the gurest's account and charging it at check-out).

Perfectly quiet. Sea view is something else. Staff is helpful and polite. Free parking. Amazing (and very expensive) fish restaurant 500 m from the hotel.

I liked the location of the hotel, because the surroundings were very quiet, we had a view of the sea and the hotel pool, there was no noise. Breakfast was served on the terrace with a view of the sea, it was not self-service, but certain dishes were brought to us (omelet, cheese, bread). The reception responded quickly to booking messages and they were friendly.

All was great and we recommend the hotel a lot,just so you know ,it is a bit far away from the city center.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable,clean and with a nice sea view, we heard the sea waves from the balcony. I had a birthday, the day we were checking-in so the room was looking fantastic with all balloons and extra surprises!

Location, not easy to access. Condition is not good, the outside has construction going on.

Far away from central location and tourism areas. it’s not very convenient to go to different travel locations and hard to find drivers outside regular hours. Hotel is also very old, and no clear sign to show the entrance. The outside gate shows a different hotel, it takes us a while to figure out which building corresponds to this hotel. although the room is ok. Stuff is willing to help.

Perhaps, the downside was the place was quite a distance from convenience stores or cafes but we could see some just outside the premise. It could be a wonderful place with some much needed makeover but overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The place was really close to the beach but the close distance of an oil platform to the shore made us wonder whether we could really swim - the weather was cold anyway so we didn't mind at all! Breakfast was so so as we had to pay extra for coffees. We stayed on the second floor and at night, we thought we could hear things just a floor above us, as if furnitures were moving by themselves but we stayed for two nights and nothing unwanted happened, thankfully. Perhaps they were organising an event as we could see quite plenty of guests staying there.

I can't stress enough on how the hospitality and the attentiveness of the staff Manager Ahmed allam contacted us since we booked and he followed up with us until we arrived The view from hotel is magical, all rooms are sea view , there's playground for kids as well The hotel is located inside a compound it's super safe as there's security and police everywhere what made us feel safe as we're two girls Prices on hotel is amazing, they didn't charge us any extra fees on anything, even when you ask for extra water or coffee their prices are same as the market price I liked taking care of the details inside the room like ( dental kit , grooming kit , bath sponge and even a prayer matt which was an amazing gesture that I didn't find in many hotels . Hotel staff and room service were super quick and responsive for any requests, they were checking with us everyday if we need housekeeping or breakfast at room even when we didn't ask ,they always offered help 😍 Hotel location maybe a little far from downtown but from personal experience I would suggest using " indrive" instead of " uber" as there's more for indrive in that area Again the staff were super kind and nice + room and hotel is always clean

Ahmed contacted me a number of times before arriving to check all was well & at the hotel he was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. His staff are excellent too. It's an ideal hotel if you have young children: there's a safe area to play on bikes and scooters in view of the rooms. The pools are great and the restaurant lovely. Every room faces the sea - and you can sleep with the balcony doors wide open and wake to the sound of breakers. The breakfast is simple but beautifully presented - along with excellent Turkish coffee. It's 7kms outside of Alex but a lovely electric bus takes you to the city for 12LE. It was above all quiet: & that was lovely.

Breakfast was arabic ...so i asked for Simple Egg Omlet with some onion & Green chilli. Without informing they sent me Breakfast in my room with plain Omlet, i had also requested for Orange Juice & Coffee...which was not served.

Friendly staff of hotel helps us several times. They buy bus tickets for us, found our things, which we fogot at the restorant and help us to speak with local taxis, becouse taxi drivers speak English not so good:) The number was very clean, mattresses cosy, the breakfast hearty. I like you guys, we'll stay at your hotel on our back way again.
