We had a family vacation (3 Adults) and enjoyed Baron Palms All Inclusive vacation very much. Everywhere you turn, you find someone to give you the best service they can. Really the service level they provide overall is 11 out of 10 ! they really go beyond expectation From reception, to bell services, guest services, main dining room and restaurants, bars, room attendants they all smile and happy to help and provide service. The Hotel facilities and our room are all kept vey clean, properly air-conditioned (very important at Sharem El-Sheikh ) and with a nice smell. The building and all public areas are very nice and we always enjoyed sitting at the lobby after lunch or dinner. Food and beverages (including some alcohol) are great. There is a wide variety of dishes and 2-3 stations serving cooked to order dishes (pasta etc.). They have a different food theme every evening and there are just too many dishes to try. We enjoyed the some shopping at the Hotel, specifically the “Lizard bags” shop. The pools are very nice large and well kept, the close by private beach (rare sandy beach and nice coral reef) is just a 2 minutes walk. You always a minute away from a drink, soft or alcoholic. No shortage of beds at the beach. I can not recommend it enough. We are defiantly coming back at least once a year.

the property was super clean and stuff is very welcoming. The hospitality I received at this hotel was one of the best if not the best I have seen from my 10 years of traveling all around the world. The staff is amazing the receptionist Mr. Ahmed gaber who helped me with everything and chef Ezat sayed who cooked me one of the best seafood dishes I ever had also chef mohamed and special thanks to the manager Mr Mohamed who made my stay so comfortable and allowing me to taking food to my room, also the staff on the pool and beach were amazing and the staff in the restaurant were amazing as well very soft spoken. Overall amazing hotel I would give more than 10 stars if I could, will definitely return again!

The staff were very polite and were always eager to help us whenever needed. The GM himself is always present at the reception and restaurant. He talks to the visitors and asks them if everything is okay and always asks for any comments and recommendations which is lovely. The beach was amazing. You can snorkel and watch the fish and coral reef for no money in the hotels beach. This is a big plus for the hotel!
