How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We visited Baron Palms resort as a celebration of our 1 year wedding anniversary and the staff made sure our stay would be memorable. Even though our arrival was past midnight, the reception staff welcomed us with their hospitality, sending us snacks straight to our room and making sure we are settled and well accommodated. During our stay, we had the pleasure of trying their wide range of restaurants and cuisines, all of which tasted exquisite (from the Egyptian menus to their international dinners). Every night had something special, with changing themes every day, and new dishes/desserts. They also offered a variety of drinks, fruits, and snacks which all tasted extremely fresh and delicious. On top of the amazing buffet, the service at the restaurant was impeccable. The entire staff and manager would always check up on us and make sure we have everything we need. On my last couple days when I was feeling sick, they went out of their way to provide me with hot drinks and soups to ensure I felt better. Not to leave out anyone else, but our waiter Mohamad (?) always welcomed us to the Tiran restaurant with a big smile and served us with nothing but love and respect to an extent that we would choose our table every day (breakfast, lunch and dinner!) only in the area of the restaurant where he was. On our 2nd day, which marked our wedding anniversary, we were sent a tray including assorted snacks and sweets, a cake and some flowers. It made us happy to see how much effort they put into making sure our special occasion was remembered. The resort offered several means of entertainment and we were fortunate to be part of many. The animation team would come up to us every day and remind us of the night’s “daily event” which was always something fun and inclusive. They also had lots of activities in the pool or on the beach which were super fun to be a part of, especially engaging with the other guests.

Everything is 10/10
Everything is wonderful, clean rooms , good food , so nice and helpful stuff in the reception, restaurants, bar and the pool , everybody was amazing and gave us the best service that possible , I recommend it to a friends , families , couples , if you looking for peace and quiet place , its THE place to go

all was good , i advise to make the lunch more diverse but in general all was good
friendly staff with great welcoming from the reception (shout out to majed) and will not forget the pool staff and the guest relation team they did a wonderful job , great animation team (specially paulo and nastia;) , peaceful atmosphere

The beds were a bit too firm for my taste but I still slept like a baby after a day of swimming at the pool and beach so it was fine.
The shawarma was delicious!

Nothing. Everything is great
The staff very friendly, they are helpful. Mohammed from restaurant has a very friendly attitude and smile. Alaa from the pool is extremely active and supportive. The facilities is clean, the all inclusive is very nice option. The pool is fun, the beach is very nice and close. Disco and activities all day long. You can make friends very quickly in the place. Animation team is very fun and supportive, Manchester and Paolo.

Our stay was amazing! Great staff and facilities. The food is great, the beach is very close. Everything is well mantained. A lot of options to get busy with, such as a variety of water sports and spa services. I highly recommend it!

Nothing really wrong with it. Tv is a little outdated that’s about it, but most people don’t go to Sharm to watch tv anyways lol
Beautiful location and hotel is well maintained. Excellent staff. Pool is amazing. They have nightly activities like shows and parties. All inclusive and meals are delicious. Poolside drink service is fast.
