Great boutique hotel with exceptional staff and customer service. We moved from a higher class 5 star resort as had to change hotels due to change of dates of travel, so were expecting this to be a poorer quality than what we came from but this hotel was far better, despite the smaller room and outdated decor. The staff went above and beyond, didn't harass us at all, allowed us to have a late check out, and were professional and helpful in every area. The food was far better than the other hotel, with new choices each night, and the room was so clean and the bed comfortable, with actual egyptian cotton linen (didnt get from other hotel), we would recommend to anyone coming to this area. The pool was cool (so needed in 45 degrees!) with ample areas to lie and with such peace you could sleep by the pool if you wanted. The location felt safer than other areas and close enough to everything needed. Can't recommend enough and if we come back, we will definitely chose to stay here again. Highly recommend

The beach could be better

The hotel is very good and that staff was amazing especially the reception team . The food was fantastic and the room was spacious so clean. The service is perfect, we definitely will come back. Thanks for all things Baron palms family

The food in the buffet section was generally OK rather than brilliant. Would recommend eating at the a la carte restaurants that are part of the all inclusive - the food at the Egyptian restaurant in particular was delicious.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were very lovely and helpful, especially the front desk and lobby bar staff. The pool is fabulous, with waterfalls that results in a relaxing ambience for a fantastic holiday.

Incredible service. I have been travelling for 2 weeks now and this is by far head and shoulders above all of the hotels I have stayed at, this includes Paris, Athens and Cairo. The staff are exceptional and the customer service has been of the highest standard. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sharm. Food A++++ Exceptional ❤️

We extended our trip twice as we loved it here. Amazing atmosphere, clean and staff are very kind. Can’t wait to come back. There is so much to do here at the resort as well as enjoy the excursions - which we did and the staff looked after us before and after we went anywhere! 10/10
