Great hospitality and Great views wonderful hotel with fantastic views and amazing hospitality the owner really cares about the visitors the room is very clean comfortable the breakfast was fantastic and I’d highly recommend staying here the staff speak excellent English and the hotel is super close to the pyramids I’d recommend Best view pyramids Hotel for my next stay

Incredible experience I rent a single room and it was very clean ,, House keeping staff are very organized, The breakfast at roof top is delicious with wonderful pyramids view , you can enjoy sunrise from there also magical sunset. All staff speaks English and have good communication skills The reception staff are very kind and helpful, And the hotel have many excursions to enjoy your visit. Highly recommend

staff was extremely accommodating on such short notice they were able to get us a room for New Year’s Eve hours before midnight we got to watch the fireworks from the rooftop with a view of the pyramids every one was extremely friendly rooms were clean and accessible

I’ve never stayed at an in before when travelling to other countries I had initially booked with Hilton Cairo but my friend who had told me that to experience the rich history and culture of the pyramids there is not better place he was absolutely right felt very much at home when travelling with my son everyone wasextremely

Terrible experience. Arrived at night and hotel said they were overbooked and would take us to another hotel called happy day pyramid view. We then hot taken to a hotel called Art pyramid view inn. There was a street party with massive speakers happing all night. When we woke we tried to leave but found we were actually locked in the hotel without any staff around or Bell or number to ring. Other guests woke and found the same thing. If there had been a fire we would all be dead. Appalling experience

No window. No water in the room at all. Everywhere else are at least 2 bottles in the room. The area where the hotel is located smells very bad (smell extending inside the hotel corridors but not in the room). In front of the hotel is a gathering area for camels and horses so everywhere is dirty and smelly. The hotel has issues with answering messages ( From Booking.com or WhatsApp), i had to call to receive an answer but who answered didn't even speak English. A man calling himself General Manager over the phone was speaking English and finally we could arrange our airport pick up. The driver sent to pick us up was way too talkative for a 2 AM ride, even tho we asked him in English and Arabic to leave us alone as we are very tired, flight was delayed. He didn't want to understand and kept talking the entire way by using Google translate. Being on the phone while driving, we didn't feel safe. The staff doesn't speak English or very limited English.

The view from the roof overlooking the pyramids is very nice. Room is spacious with heating system. Decent breakfast but most items cold.

The view was amazing, adding you can see the light show with a jacuzzi and a drink adds to everything and the staff really helpful and and friendly. Bed was super compfy. Amazing service everything top, the free breakfast was amazing and chef very keen.

- Not very clean (under the bed, the shower, some of the plates and cutlery). The price is very reasonably priced though so maybe we expected too much. - The manager came across as quite pushy. He told us not to let our private tour guide take advantage of us by bringing us to the markets and pressuring us into buying items so he would receive a commission (our tour guide was in fact excellent and never pressured us into anything). The manager then insisted we go to the markets with his hotel staff for a better price, even though we had no intention of going to any markets! This was on the first night of arrival when all I wanted to do was sit outside and pet one of the dogs! But he insisted we sit and talk (or should I say listen) to him. On the second day he asked us to write a review. I said I would when I was ready but he asked me to do it right there and then (I did not!). He also kept interrupting and talking over me! It's a good cheap option if you just want to be within walking distance to the pyramids and then move on.

Some staff members were very kind and helpful. Excellent location and lovely rooftop area. On our last night we accidentally crashed a birthday party and ended up being welcomed and meeting a lot of lovely people, dancing with the kids, etc! The driver who picked us up from the airport was lovely.

we really enjoyed our stay . our room was clean and service was great . They arranged our tours , transportation to the airport .the tour guide was excellant . he took very good care of us and always made us feel safe . The rooftop really does have the best view from the roof you can watch the light show or you can just relax or meditate while enjoying the amazing view of the pyramids & sphinx

Area: rough, arrived in the evening to beggars outside, men shouting, camels/horses, smell of poo! Not safe to go out the hotel which is fine if the hotel is nice.. it isn’t! Staff: owner is creepy and wasn’t happy that I’d booked a tour elsewhere. As a solo female with a child I felt very uncomfortable arriving with only us as the guests and men who worked there. Owner wanted to ‘take us for a drive to see the area’ in the dark on arrival… no thanks… only suggested it as wanted money at the end clearly. Also rooftop staff asking for 5 star review.. although we hadn’t even had good service. Food: wasn’t nice! Had chips in eve and they rewarmed them for the ‘morning breakfast included’ Room: dirty, nothing worked- tv, lamp.. dusty floor and tables.. dirty bathroom, wee on the toilet, bedding smelly.. slept about 2 hours as was SO NOISY outside with men shouting, packs of stray dogs barking and fireworks in the street.. slept with one eye open honestly..

We stayed in the Deluxe king suit with pyramid views and the view was spectacular, we could see them from the hot tub that is in the room. We also had another 2 rooms that was also very comfortable. The staff was fantastic and so friendly they went above and beyond to help and provide everything for us, they also offer free transfers to and from airport. The staff speak great English and just kept giving, honestly the amazing friendly people I have ever met. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and to go see the pyramids that’s not to far away from the hotel.

I was quite hesitant at first to book this accommodation given the past reviews, however the owners and staff were very dedicated to change and made sure our stay was great! The breakfast can be better. As it wasn’t serve hot and was left outside for guests. But in the desert, the flies and the air is different than normal.

The staff were excellent. Everything we needed we received straight away, and even if we don’t ask, the team makes sure to bring us juices or water. They always asked if we needed anything. We stayed in the King Deluxe with Hot tub. It’s not a jacuzzi. If you want the perfect view of the pyramids this is the room to get. Air-condition fully functional and clean room, considering it’s in-front of a desert. I gave them a 10 because of the effort that everyone is putting in to make it the best among all of the hotels in this location. I get it, it is not perfect but nothing is, and you are in Egypt, but enjoy the best view, and amazing people.

“Free” airport is definitely NOT free. Room was dirty, shower door was broken, floor wasn’t vacuumed, dust everywhere, wifi didn’t reach the top rooms and restaurant was awful. The breakfast was literally my left over fries from the night before - stale & cold. You are literally just paying for the view which you could probably get elsewhere for cheaper and nicer.

Other than the views which were amazing, not much else.
