I stayed at Best View Pyramids Hotel. The view of the pyramids from the room was amazing 👏 I travelled alone from the UK and felt safe and secure. The location was perfect. The staff speak good English. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

I stay at the Best View Pyramid Hotel and I was a great choice , all people are friendly and so kind. The staff help me a lot. The complementary pickup form the airport and Youssef was a good driver and say hi with a bottle of water. All rooms was beautiful and clean and you have to be in the roof to see this amazing view and it good breakfast.

Choose here purely for location of pyramids. If you want nice hotel go by the Nile river. Power cut, aircon not the best but did the job. Breakfast was not appealing Surrounded by horses and camels that smell right outside lobby. With lovely chickens/roosters saying good moaning loudly in the mornings.

Location for Pyramids, you’re right next to them with a great view. Price was good.

There is nothing to like about this place

The only good thing to say is the view of the pyramids from the roof top . TV didn't work, kettle but no tea coffee and no cups .tour guide was a ripe off 2 guests but only one towel . Would recommend you stay away there must be better place by far

From the time we walked into the hotel, the owner took advantage of us. He quickly rushed us to be back downstairs in 10 minutes for ride to pick us up "on the house" to take us for quick ride to get sugar cane. We were taken at 11 something at night to a oil, perfume, and spice shop in the middle of the villages. Taken into a room where it felt scary and isolated from everyone where they then tried to force us to purchase products. When we declined they tried very aggressively to make us purchase and the driver began asking us why we were upset. We were so scared and uncomfortable. We realized from the start the owner had one motive, and that was to send us to what was a shop probably owned by himself and make us purchase. The interaction was not genuine at all. People were standing around staring at us in the lobby in the most scariest way. We ordered 1 margarita pizza, and it took over an hour in a half. We believe they went and purchased it and brought it back and placed it on a platter dish because we never saw a kitchen/dining area. The staircase that you have to use has no lighting, and it's extremely creepy. We were so creeper out we pushed the furniture in front of doors and window and didn't even sleep. We had no tissue and practically begged for some, and towels forget it. We ended up using our clean night gowns to dry ourselves off. Luckily, we bring a face towel or two when traveling. We got out of there so fast, and thank God it was just overnight. We were gone by 9.

The one and absolute only thing I liked was the view from the rooftop.

Terrible! Dirty hotel, they don't change the towels, they don't clean the rooms, noise, the smell of camel urine.

We booked through booking.com for 16 people but were only given 13 beds. The receptionist ladies were rude, unhelpful and tried to overcharge on the day by making us book another room with very high price -insisting they are fully booked. Only after we checked on booking.com and saw plenty of cheaper options still available that they matched it for us. The ladies only spring into action and act nice when the male owner is seen walking around. No new towels or cleaning service was provided for the 3 nights we were there. The rooms were dirty, old and rusty. We found cockroaches in multiple rooms and the breakfast was horrendous with hairs and flies on them. The chef was nice and tried to prepare things for us. The hotel is situated near a camel/ horse herders and the stench is strong to say the least.

The view was about the only thing we liked. The luggage porters and make staff were friendly and helpful.

We like everything about the hotel

I come from Tampa Fl and stayed at Best View Pyramid Hotel and booked the deluxe king suite with pyramid view with the jacuzzi. The view was amazing from inside the suite. The stay was wonderful the entire staff was friendly and hospitable and treated us like family. They have 24 hour reception and security. They offer free pickup from the airport. We booked tour to Alexandria and had a great time and a great driver. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had from a hotel with a great view of the pyramids. The location is amazing super close to the pyramids. I would definitely recommend the Best View Pyramid Hotel to anyone who visits Egypt. I loved the hotel so much that I decided to upgrade to deluxe king suite with a pyramid view. I also booked two different reservation. thank you booking.com and thank you best view pyramid hotel. you can see the sunset and sunrise from the deluxe king suite

i liked everything in this hotel

i come from canada solo traveler the location was very nice. the room large and very clean. highly recommended. breakfast very nice, accommodation perfect. service is great, i had a great time at the best view Pyramid and i felt like at home. the personnel is very friendly . the view in the roof is astonishing, you can see the pyramid very well. thank you booking.com to recommend best view hotel. it is the best hotel In if you want to book any explosion activity book additional the hotel they have the best service

The food was poor quality. Some rooms had no window at all and those that did had a shocking view. They charged me an extra 27% fee on arrival top of what I already paid with booking.com which was the full price. Rip off! From both booking.com and the hotel. Very misleading. Receptionist was rude! Members of my family got sick from their food. The manager tried his best to accommodate but it was too little, too late.

Beautiful rooftop, the hotel organized a taxi from the airport to pick me up. Manager was friendly and the staff kept giving me bottles of water which was super helpful.

facilities were very very basic, for the cost paid. a funky smell existed throughout. location is not great. we were almost forced to rate the property highly by the hotel staff and owner.

The property is very basic. location is perhaps the best thing. but that too is not great as it is located in the corner of some random street. the view of the pyramids was good but there might be other better options. but, the people were nice. the staff were the nicest element about the place.
