There were a couple of things that could of been cleaned better, bathroom, sheets of the bed but other than that the place was comfortable, so close to everything and staff very friendly.

The property is literally 10 steps from the ticket counter to the pyramids. Don't bother booking tours etc, just go into the pyramids yourself then once inside you can pay 500 Egyptian Pound to take a camel ride to the far points where you can see the 3 pyramids. You can see the sphinx very close from the window of the hotel. And the light show from the upstairs restaurant if you have small children who won't sit for the hour it goes for. Sultan is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is dirty, in our room we had dirty sheets and a ball of hair next to the fridge… the room had two single beds and not a double. The coffee mugs in the room still had the previous guest coffee and the shower flooded extensively.

For the light sleepers, you may hear a bit what is happening on the street but it is nothing dramatic.

The hotel has the most amazing restaurant terrace facing the Pyramids with reasonable prices for the location. We had a view over the complex from our room window. The location of the hotel helped us a lot as we chose to walk ourselves throughout the complex (I highly recommend the view point). The staff is extremely helpful-thanks to them we managed to buy a bus ticket and pay in the next door market😁The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Enjoy your stay! We loved it and decided to spend one more night to enjoy the view, sunset, good dinner and shisha on the rooftop.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I appreciate comfortable beds, hot showers, and good wifi. Cleopatra Pyramids View delivered in spades. Arranging a private tour or just a private driver for the day was easy and stress free. The ticket office to the Great Pyramids is literally across the street. The view from the top of the hotel allows 2nd to none views of the pyramids and Sphinx. Hotel is located right next to a Pizza Hut/Kentucky Fried Chicken.

The best location directly opposite pyramids and Sphinx. Amazing view on this attractions: big and wide glass window from ceiling to floor. Room is very nice, I like interior also in bathroom. Another one is super top view on the roof - having breakfast and enjoying. Thanks a lot Mr Sultan - he is very kind and friendly. We will come again and again.

I love my stay at this hotel! We arrived late at night and it was my birthday, they offered us an upgrade and we saw the pyramids from the window. But, in the morning...OMG! STUNNING VIEW. Just a dream. Also, we left the hotel early in the morning and we couldn't had breakfast when we came back later to pick up our stuff before going to the airport, they offer us coffee and cookies. Everyone was super friendly and we could not recommend more this hotel.
