Just some bits and pieces that can be ignored if you're staying for a couple of nights and out all day long, è.g. wifi that I never got connected to, misunderstanding with the package of the tour we made - with guide or no guide, then I have to pay extra, stuff like that.

The beds were great. Staff was nice, but could be more attentive to guests' needs. Overall we had a great stay. View is amazing from the terrace. The Great Pyramids look majestic from the hotel.

I've stayed at this Hotel a few times now, and it's always been a great experience. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are clean. What really impresses me, though, is how they listen to feedback and continuously improve. They go out of their way to make changes and ensure guests are satisfied. It's become my go-to spot whenever I'm Egypt. Highly recommend!

If they add some wardrobe in the room and toiletries and hair dryer in the bathroom that would be great.

Breakfast was ok. Entrance of the hotel was not that great but rooms were very spacious. The view from the rooftop was amazing. Compare to price the hotel was great.

staff, the setting and the room were all perfect and were exactly as we had hoped. We had a lovely room with a terrace overlooking the pyramids . Breakfast served in the fabulous restaurant was always a real occasion.

Thanks to Comfort Sphinx for the hospitality and welcoming us here the staff were very helpful and organizer to take us to visit the pyramids, Saqqara and grand Egyptian museum We had the breakfast on the rooftop in front of the pyramids in the morning 🌞
