Pool and beach towel system, you cant change the towel during the day. The showers in the room can be better and more lightened.

The beach is sandy and clear with few corals to explore. The food was delicious and many varieties to choose from. The rooms were spacious, clean and most rooms are pool viewing. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and professional. Special thanks to Norhan at the reception, who kept checking on us from the night pre check-in to post check-out. She really made our stay feels welcoming and supported. Never had this much support from the reception on any of the resort I have been to. Thank you.

A dilapidated facility, with a bad finishing at every corner, Worn out walls, water ingress. Pitholes and crakes at all the paved areas. This facility is not friendly for disabled or senior guests, Horrible elevators (ugly and stalled multiple times while I was in between floors) not covering all floors. No elevator from any floor directly to the only restaurant on site. massive ramps designed for a 4x4. Lack of hand sanitizer stations around the resort. Food poisoning for one of us and bad diarrhea for 2 of us including myself. Rooms: Clogged showers and sinks, dripping water from the light fixture in the bathroom, filthy stains on furniture, pillows, sheets and covers, Sheets are smaller than the mattresses. broken fridges, broken phones, broken tv remotes, tv picture quality is horrible, broken balcony chair, loud AC. No wifi in the rooms. And no it’s not that I was unlucky with my room. I booked 4 rooms (so called premium rooms) and all of them had problems. Staff are not professionals nor had proper training. Some of them do not know how to deal with guests nor how to address them. Some of them feel offensive when you complain about things. When they are called to fix things, they fix things and ignore things, for example, I called 4 times to have them fix 3 out of 4 phones each time they promise they will send someone then nothing. Beach is great but they ruin your experience by ugly loud dance/disco music though out the day. Not a chance to relax and have peace moments. loud voice of an animation team member shouting through the microphone trying to encourage some movement. Local teenagers boys hassling tourists ladies on the beach to take photos with in their bikinis. A rusty nail pierced my daughter’s flip flop through to her toes in the water slides area. Garbage and leftover food under the water slides. Dirty pools and green stuff floating in the jacuzzi water.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in they have amazing beach and pool with aqua games for children and adults they have wonderful shows and beach party at night and the rooms clean and big they renew them newly i love it and I highly recommend these some pictures I’ve taken while I was here finally I thank Ms Nurhan for great hospitality and arranging everything for us

Everything was great and we enjoyed to the max ... The property location is perfect ,aqua park makes our kids so much happy and excited All the stuff were very helpful The animation team really wooooow all of them were beyond imagination they are friendly, amazing, fantastic and very funny we enjoyed every single moment there. 1- Staff was disrespectful (talked condescendingly to myself and my wife) (the worker dispensing ice cream asked my wife to talk in Arabic when she asked for it in English) 2- Room 3230 had a smoke smell upon checking in. Staff and front office were notified, air freshner was sprayed and probably on Monday or Tuesday the air filter was replaced. (During those 3/4 days the children slept with us in our room 3232) 4- During our Alacarte restaurant meal, a glass cup fell and broke on the ground, it took the staff more than half an hour to get that safety hazard removed. There are more incidents that I could mention, but I think what is above is enough for a review.

I booked the trip because of the 7.3 rating and the price was within my budget.

Plastic cups for coffee, but understandably it’s hygiene reason at the moment using paper and plastic cups in the whole hotel.

The location is great, the sea is amazing, get shoes to the sea with you. The room is big enough, with balcony looking to the sea. Extra beds for our kids were also comfy. Our Housekeeper was kind and done good job, reception staff very friendly and attentive, recreation as well. The whole area is clean, despite of the construction going on, it didn’t bother us. Kids enjoyed the slides in the pool.
