Great and friendly staff. Specially very Helpful guest relation manger“ Niserien fanous” and “ Hadeer”. lovely and great first impression of hotel. Because of nisereen. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean with excellent service from the staff especially “Ameer at pablo’s restaurant,Abdallah at mangoley restaurant, massouad at reception bar.

Snacks at beach .. Soft drinks and juices needs to be more fresh .. Tv channels at rooms has bad signal and 3 channels only ..

I faced a small issue during my departure with room service over some towles, but to be fair it was solved quickly by Ahmed from reception team.

I have to give all the credit to Mrs Nesreen, she was the best I ever met, dedicated, cheerful and seeking for her gest satisfaction, all reception team was so cooperative, active and they helped me by a late checkout till time of my bus ride. Animation team was so charming and talented, my family had a good time watching them.

The Wifi. Internet really is poor and for people that work remotely, it was a nightmare.

The staff were always available to help especially Nisreen who was always on hand to offer assistance whenever required. She is spectacular at what she does and would definitely be going back just because of her.

Alkaline water which is not easy to make soap foam.

It was so comfortable, especially with the nice GR Team Ms. Hadeel and Ms. Nesreen were so nice, helpful and funny as they are making great efforts to ensure the guest will be really happy and satisfied to come back to Pyramisa. Also, Mr. Sadon and Mr. Mustafa from the F&B Team were so helpful and nice with us. The buffet is really great and almost all the day with delicious meals. Thank you, and I hope to see you soon.

The AC and fridge in our room were not working properly.

The location is perfect, the beach and water quality are exceptional, the CRM are very friendly and made a very special room upgrade that was amazing, special thanks to Ms. Nesrine. The rooms are clean, the house keeping are very helpful and devoted, the a la carte restaurants are wonderful.

Having access to the Red Sea with the facilities on the beach was great, the beach was perfect for relaxing. Momdouh at reception was great at helping with bits and pieces during the stay. The food was good, particularly breakfast, the fresh bread made at lunch and plenty of fresh salads. Thanks to the young chef who made omelettes in the morning and lady at lunch making the bread. Very enjoyable stay at Pyramisa Beach Resort.

+Quality of drinks should be revised specifically pepsi many times it was without soda. +Beach bar who offer snacks needs more improvements in quality of drinks and food.

+ ms nisreen fanous is such a perfect person who cares about customer..really she made our stay in hotel to be perfect. Hotel should be proud of having such a person who cares about the reputation of the hotel + mr. Nady nassif is such a polite guy who always in the main restaurant asking all the guests if they have any comment to take in consideration. + mr sultan is also good person + mr. Kareem ahmed in reception is such an amazing receptionist who welcomed us and made quick check in + corals are beautiful with a different types of fish.

The staff is very welcoming and professional, the receptionists, guest relations agents, and even the restaurant staff all are very warm and super cooperative, its a beautiful spot for couples who want to relax or families who want to enjoy .. will go back again with my kids very soon
