EgyptOne of the elevators wasn't working they didn't put a sign. Curtenie in the room was really bad, but rhey said they will fix it.
The kids aqua park was wonderful my son enjoyed it., The heated pool was good, the hot tubs was great to bad kids not allowed in it, and the beach was perfect we loved just sitting there. The most important thing the staff was very helpful and nice, they made the stay really great.

EgyptI think the varieties of food should include more from oriental cuisine. beds mattresses are not comfort enough.
First, the hotel staff accommodate us at the new V Luxury Hotel which was more modern and kids enjoyed the heated pool and varieties of water games. Staff was friendly and helpful.

EgyptWhat I didn't like: We had to change our room at first. But thankfully the new one was great. Desserts were bland, not as tasty as the other dishes. The guy called "Lucky" in the animation team was very annoying and creepy. Some resorts have better night shows.
What I liked: MS Hadeel the guest relations officer was friendly and helpful. Special thanks for her. Check-in and check-out were quick. The beach was great. Large, smooth, and gradually deepening. There were snorkeling spots too. The animation team were nice and very active. All were excellent especially Hima, Sofia, and Liza (she was responsible for the kids' mini disco). The night shows were alright. The restaurant was perfect, with a great variety of tasty dishes and sides every day. The bars were cool too. The room was alright, recently renovated. The house keeping guy did a great job keeping it perfectly clean and tidy. I asked for an extra bed and he brought it no questions asked. This was my second stay there, and everything improved remarkably. Overall, I do recommend Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh greatly.

United KingdomFor us as a family holiday, it was a 5* experience, but for others who are used to paying more and a little more luxury, you might be disappointed, but for us, you got a lot more than you paid for and it was a wonderful time. It was a little hard to find information about the hotel and area on arrival - what to do, where to go. There is a lot on offer at the hotel and from the hotel, it wasn't always easy to find the information but we worked it out as we went along. The hotel is going through some renovations. As it is, the gym was good (but lacked a bike machine) but many machines were not plugged in - many things in the hotel had new homes so hopefully these small things will be resolved in the next month or two. It didn't spoil our stay in the slightest.
Beach and pool were incredible. There are reefs just off the beach and were full of fish. The area Sahl Hashish is so beautiful and we will be returning The staff were incredible - so friendly and want to go out of their way to help. They rely a lot on tips so please tip generously. They work so hard to make our stay incredible and we didn't know they relied so much on tips to feed their families back home. Most of the staff speak multiple languages which is great. There are a lot of activities if you want to be entertained but it is not in your face if you want to relax The landscaping of the hotel is beautiful. All you can eat was a special treat - we were well serviced by the beach bar so you didn't have to get changed in the middle of the day to go to the resteraunt. You can also choose one free alacart resteraunt per stay and we chose mongolian - it was theatrical. You have to book this at reception 10-12am a few days before - this process wasn't especially clear but we got there. Linda's hot chocolates in the grind bar are amazing!

The staff was amazing and the front desk guys were great. The hotel was very good and the facilities were nice and clean. (Pool, Jacuzzi and aqua park) The room was extremely nice and spacious. (suite) Mrs Nesrine was extremely nice, helpful and welcoming.

United KingdomThere wasn't anything I didn't like but feel there are a few things that need to be added or changed that may have been overlooked that could enhance experience 1) Cups, mugs in rooms are needed for tea & coffee , not the tiny paper cups they have now that are too hot to hold once filled and are quite fragile so bend easily. 2) Milk , or whitener in your room as I like white tea and coffee so had to go to main bar and ask for milk, and kept it in room fridge. 3) A place to leave and exchange books as I ran out of reading material but had 3 books to leave. 4) Diet coke, there wasn't any but they did supply me with bottles of it , but it should be available for all especially if diabetic. 5) Mayonnaise in the restaurants, us Brits really need this or salad cream with salads. 6) Think the restaurants you can book to eat in need revising , Mongolian restaurant , I was expecting choices of different food dishes not pick your own meat and fish and then have it stir fried, and for dessert there should be a choice not cold rice pudding , The Mexican was nice but again no choice of dessert just cold churro's which were not nice cold. these suggestions are not faults and are what would have enhanced my lovely holiday
Food was excellent in the self service restaurant, so many different choices at every meal. I Liked that they had a good choice of fresh fruit as well and brown bread. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. , if you wanted something particular and they had it they would get it for you. The beach was clean and sun beds were comfy with thick mattresses. Although a lot of work was going on in this hotel on what will be the sister hotel ( V) it didn't hinder our enjoyment. There was a Free safe in the room which was great, and Wi-fi could be accessed in the room which was a bonus. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday then this place is secluded and out of the way of hustle and bustle. I have already booked to come again in 2024 already so that's how much I rate this hotel and the staff within it

United KingdomWhat we found was that with the size of the resort, complimentary golf carts would have been extremely helpful to get around as just going from our rooms to the cafeteria was always very long and tiring for my mother. We also wish the all inclusive part was more clearly explained from the beginning as there really is a lot included and some things we didn't use until the end. The only other thing is with the 5 star resort, it would have been nice to have a stocked mini bar in the room and something more special about the rooms themselves as although clean they were fairly standard in layout.
It was an absolutely beautiful resort with stunning pools, water and tons of space even when there were so many people staying at once. It was very nicely maintained throughout our stay with fantastic cleaning from Mohamed who thoroughly cleaned daily along with making towel art flowers. Guest relations Nisreen kept in contact with us throughout ensuring we were happy too. We had a fantastic time at this resort. I would love to come and stay here again and would reccomend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing pool and beach holiday.

EgyptIt takes one hour and half to check in although I requested early check in. The receptionist tried to make me and my family to spend the time to have lunch and wait till check in. The problem is when I requested extra baby bed and they told me that my 3 children couldn't stay with us in the same room and they pay me extra charge for the third child ( the oldest is 7 years and the youngest is 3 years old) instead of reserve extra room for my children ( I can't understand their point of view) and by that they make me a favor!!! Also the ala cart reservation was only allowed to more than 7 days stay!!! In the past I reserved it and it was 3 days reservation. There was no any telephone communications at all, if you want any thing, just go on foot to the reception. I thinks i won't reserve in the hotel again ( although it was my 3 visit to there)
The house keeper was a decent woman The restaurant and pool stuff were friendly and made our stay warm The hotel was crowded but we didn't feel any discomfort The guest relationship tried to compensate for the delayed Check in professionally but unfortunately it was too late and I made my mind n't to argue with them as it's a vacation.
