It seems that the hotel is a bit understaffed - the checkin took way longer than expected.

The food was okay. The beach was nice but couldn't find many coral reeves nor fish while snorkeling. The staff are super nice and trying to do their best. Pools and Aqua park were very good and clean.

The check-in was not smooth, it took almost two hours as the hotel recieved several guests at the same moment with low staff count to cover all. Yet this was rectified later and they apologised since it's peak time. The Aqua is poor which needs renovation and different sliders.

We enjoyed the beach, food and room size and view was nice. We also want to thank Mr. Arafa from the housekeeping who was responsible for our room, he is always smiling and extremely helpful and decent.

The first day was awful, I booked an all inclusive plan through booking.com, and I was surprised that it doesn't include alcoholic drinks and I had to pay extra money for it, while we were going to our room we got stuck in the elevator for more than 5 minutes and the hotel management didn't even call to apologise until I went to the manager next day he was very decent and offered us a dinner in the Mongolian restaurant. There were many stairs without side ramps so we had to carry the baby's stroller to go up or down.

No WiFi!! Not so big a deal if your on holiday as its good to switch off but if here for work like I was then you have no choice than to buy a sim card. There is WiFi in reception.Don't expect more than 0.5 mbs if you're lucky but with everyone trying the same thing..Good luck!

We had another unforgettable stay at Pyramisa Hotel! As returning guests, we were once again impressed — this visit even surpassed our previous experiences. The reception surprised us with two beautiful deluxe rooms with a sea view. The hotel offers fantastic daily activities, from darts and ball games to Zumba, yoga, and aqua aerobics — you’ll never be bored! The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. A special thanks to Ragab from housekeeping and Mohamed from the restaurant for their exceptional service and friendliness. We also enjoyed the spa treatments, shopping at the hotel stores (special thanks to Ali Baba!), and the electric car rides to the beachfront promenade — truly magical. The hotel even allowed us late check-out, which made our last day so much easier. Everything, from the beautiful gardens to the excellent food and kind staff, made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a wonderful holiday experience.

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful resort. It is a perfect mix of everything you could ever need on a holiday from the resort, food, pool, Spa, beaches to entertainment throughout the stay. The staff are very friendly and kind as always willing to help and attend to our needs especially when travelling with two small children's. For food, as we are pure vegetarians so the head chef Abdelaziz helped us with food on certain nights then we found contact with an Indian chef whom made us super delicious yummy pure vegetarian food which included some curries and naan breads too. We appreciate this Indian chef called Makan Singh for making delicious food for us. We recommend this resort to anyone who is travelling to Egypt soon!!! The pool was super clean and me and my family enjoyed spending time being part of this beautiful resorts facilities. I had used the spa services 3 times and I had the most amazing massages and Turkish hammams from Nada, Philippine lady and Indonesian lady called Fatima. AMAZING! We also had the chance to use the photo service by Mustafa and he clicked amazing family photos for us. Israa was super friendly and always keeping us in touch to keep us updated to ensure we are ok and whether we need anything. We appreciate her going above and beyond to create this a perfect holiday for us. Thank you!!!!

A lovely place for our family of four, massive hotel, it takes 10 minutes to walk from our sea view room to the reception but it’s worth it. We loved the views, beach is clean and cozy, staff are very helpful. We had a rental car and drove around, parking was free and in front of the hotel.

Beach was nice. Gym was filthy, Nothing felt particularly clean. The housekeeping never made the bed properly and we had to redo each night. The sheets didn’t cover was never covering the mattress!! Had to redo to get it to cover. It would cover the mattress. Also housekeeping would remove towels and not replace for hours. Seems like a little thing but if you’re coming from the beach to dinner and want a shower or you are going out it’s really annoying. Wouldn’t rush back

Ms Israa was our relation guest manager who assisted us for all the staying. She’s really over the expectations. You can chat with her for everything you need, thanks to her, we tried all the restaurants in the resort. Salwa was the other women to mentioning. During the breakfast, she prepared for us beautiful eggs and she was lovely with our baby, recognizing every day. We had fun with every night show on the beach

only the heated pool was ok in this hotel, but the rest of the room, the food, the a la carte restaurants are all not 5 stars and the beach is not prepared like a 5 star hotel beach, there are no mattresses on the sun loungers, you have to ask to give tips and wait until they have them or not One week they don’t change bed sheets or towels
