Amazing staff amazing service and very clean. Tasty food and good vibes. Nisreen and reception staff were great and always on top of any of my request. The concierge guys were good especially Abd elnabi. My wife loved her time in the resort and so did I. If I go back Hurghada I will definitely stay here again. Honestly all staff were amazing when our room service people Elsaied & Hala who were amazing at their job and always greeting with a smile making sure we are ok and if we need anything in our room. We always came back to a nice surprise in our room with animal and heart shaped towel decor on our bed. All staff within the hotel resort were helpful and I felt welcomed. I recommend this resort for both couples and family as it is family friendly. You can swim in the Red Sea hotel beach or swimming pool. To add to this Nisreen organised surprise diner x2 Mongolian and Mexican with a cake for my anniversary. Nisreen also organised breakfast in my bedroom for my anniversary. She went beyond and over to make sure our stay and experience is great and it worked. We loved it. Thanks to her and all hotel staff. For my early start excursion Nisreen organised breakfast for me and my wife to take incase we didn’t enjoy the food on our trip. But on my second excursion I didn’t know I had to pre organise night before but with the help from reception but mainly Nisreen I managed to get some breakfast sorted within half hour before I had to leave for my safari trip. Like I said. Amazing service from start to end. No bad vibes.

Pyramisa, in my opinion, is best hotel I have visited. Everything was great; food, staff was so so friendly and helpful. Ms. Nesreen and Ms. Hadeel were the best customer service agents. Everything is very clean and neat. I wish we stay more days because of the quality of the service was very high and good! The staff made me and my husband surprises because we were in our honeymoon, so that was a magic touch -to be honest- and added pleasure to our stay!

Maintenance - Clean - Facility

Despite the fact that i’m a fan of Sahl Hasheesh. But this was my worst experience with Bautel in this area. Starting with the registration process, which took more than an hour and a half without any reason, claiming that I filled out registration forms that ended light years ago. The staff are the best in the place, they deal with cordiality, but I am sure that the management is very bad. Indeed, despite the modernity of the hotel and the region, unfortunately, the maintenance does not rise to a one-star hotel. The air conditioning is very poor. The bathrooms are in a deplorable condition. Room paints have abnormal moisture and mold. Swimming pool chairs are broken and not available. You need to wake up at four in the morning in order to reserve a seat. In conclusion, the hotel does not exceed one or two stars, as an international classification is impossible for it to be five stars.

Beach is closing at 6pm which is too early, since the sunset was around 7:30pm.

It’s family oriented hotel, a lot of small kids. Very nice sandy beach, There are small corals in the water and I recommend wearing beach shoes ( you can buy them inside the hotel for $10) Also has a small area for snorkeling with beautiful corals. Food was very delicious. Alcoholic beverages ARE included in all inclusive, there is no extra charge of $25 per person per night . Al a carte restaurants are included for all booking guests, not only one time. I tried the mexican restaurant, only the fajita was good, but far away from authentic food. The Hotel is offering diving and snorkeling trips, safari, spa & massages, everything you need. There is a pharmacy and beach store inside the hotel and hotel clinic. The staff is Friendly. We booked two rooms and got an upgrade for villa, our stay was amazing thanks to Husein at reception .

No wifi. Rooms seem much older then in pictures. Front desk was not super helpful or not helpful at all. Its time they refresh the interior up to the point they advertise it. Oh also being an American doesn’t help. Once they hear you are from US they either try to scam you or give you judgmental face. One guy actually openly said it to me “We dont like Americans here”. Well guess what- I am not crazy about you guys too. Their customer service is like “ali express” “wish list” version of European/American customer service. They try, but it’s nowhere near how it should be. To sum it up- great sea and climate, very uncomfortable personnel and people who try to scam you anywhere you go. If you are ok with these things go for it. Otherwise stick to more civilised options in Europe or other countries who live in 2023 and not 1842.

The very smiling, generous, helpful and cooperative staff (Ms. Hadeel in addition to the rest of staff all clock round and everywhere in the hotel. Also, the distinguished hotel design & location (rooms, pools, aqua park & activities. The beach & sea are marvelous.) Bottom line, you will feel at home but by the sea ;) I extended 1 night in the upgraded room but paid the standard room price. Pyramisa means Generosity ...Thank you
