1. 入住第一天，电梯出故障，被困在电梯里。工作人员对此没有任何表示，既没有解释原因也没有表示抱歉。 并且，由于长途旅行，第一天很早就休息了，晚上十一点酒店打电话要我们挪车，也没有任何表示。 2. 宣传照片与实际完全不符，照片显示该酒店有四个大滑梯，实际上只有两个滑梯，也没有按照规定时间开。 3. 不定时停电停水，洗澡洗到一半突然停水，经常停电没有空调。 4. 房间内床单被罩枕头很旧，基本都起球了。 5. 泳池水很脏，很浑浊，换浴巾的地方只有沙滩，很不方便。 6. 隐形消费很多，爆米花冰激凌棉花糖都要收费，甚至不新鲜的西瓜也要收费。 性价比很低，不推荐。 1. 酒店前台支付现金时，工作人员一会儿认为这张纸币旧了，那张纸币坏了，不断的要求我们拿另外的现金。更糟糕的是，现金支付了241.6美元后，又通过银行卡扣了我241.6美金，反复拨打酒店的电话，一直无法接通，到现在为止都没有解决这个问题
