Turkeyl think the only probşem was one of the receptionists can not speak English, it was hard to communicate in checkin time and l couldn't pay with card their system wasn't work and l had to go to ATm for cash money.
The location is perfect. l had a sewiew room, the hotel locates directly seaside. Youssef is very friendly and lots of thanks to FO Manager Hasan for helping free late checkout. Rooms dont have telephone to directly connect with reception. The room was cold and they send my room a fan heater. The beach and the sea is perfect and clean. l like the hotel so much, if l go to Hurghada again, l will prefer Elixir Hotel again. Thanks for everyone, hope to see you again

ItalyThe location was very good,supermarket just in front and a nice bar that do karaoke and live music at night. It has a very beautiful pool with a view of the bea. Staff were kind but very poor English so it was very difficult to ask for anything. some maintenance on the rooms is needed.

SwedenWierd door. My only way in was a sliding door that could only be closed and opened from outside. So to lock the door when i come in i first need to open the door, then go in and then go to the other sliding door that only opens from the inside and open that and go outside to close the other door that only locks from the outside. And then i need to lock it from the outside and then go in again from the door that only closes from the inside and lock that one when im inside. It takes like 2-3 minutes just to fully lock your door
Amazing for the price. Comfortable big bed, shower with shampoo and bodywash. A whole kitchen and fridge. A free beach with seats. All for 20$ that i paid a night

The staff in general and specially the life guards on the beach were very helpful and polite. The Italian lady chef in the little italian restaurant was so sweet and her dishes are tasty.

Czech Republicit needs renovation - urgently!! the sidewalks are very broken. and the area around the buildings looks like a construction site... and what disappointed me the most was that I thought the price included entrance to the beach, but they want $5 for entrance. for 1 day. in other places the beach is free.
I bought it because it's in a good area. The accommodation is old but clean. It was enough for me to sleep. But if I compare the price with other accommodation in Mamsha, I wouldn't go again!

BelgiumAnything at all, the rooms are not as shown on Booking, they showed me three different rooms and it was very sad to see, I’m a well travelled including hostels and so on, but something like this never seen. They are renovating, working till 24h all the halls are broken, the curtains of the bathroom orange of dirtiness; honestly very disappointed place. If they have the room of the pictures, they might be a couple of them, but all the exteriors are in ruins
The friendly staff, even they saw how dissatisfied I was , they tried the best to convince me to stay there, it is not their fault and they did their best 🙏🏼

BulgariaThe toilet was broken and was leaking a lot of water. The floor was dirty. The water heater was very old and was too little for one person to take a shower. The door to the beach was not locking, however ai believe this is not a big issue as nobody would come to steal in Egypt.
Right at the front of the beach, you just open the balcony and go in the sand.

KazakhstanDirty rooms (windows, doors, bathroom) are very dirty. Towels were brought used and dirty 2 times during 10 days of stay (after asking). Cleaning in the rooms is absolutely non-existent. Taking a shower is a problem, as the water flows poorly, and the water drain does not work. For this price we didn't expect a hotel with super amenities, but we did expect cleaning, clean towels and a working bathroom. The entrance to the sea is good, but everything else.... old sunbeds, torn mattresses on the sunbeds, no tables for drinks and food. There is an Italian restaurant, but the pizza takes more than an hour to prepare, and we ordered several times and waited an hour each time. The kiosk with juices and drinks is not bad. In general, the guys working on the beach are cool and kind.
