The property is beautifully decorated, well furnished, and kept very well maintained. The Superior Room was much larger than I expected. Housekeeping and Room Service had some of the promptest and friendliest service I’ve ever experienced at a chain hotel. I would like to especially thank the assistant manager, Nuha, for ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible and that everything I wanted was taken care of.

The mall looks sad as there is hardly any people maybe they should reduce the prices ,

The hotel was very grand , the think that struck me most was the staff of ever level ,they anticipated what the client wanted and genuinely went out of their way to pease the client .never in all my travels have I had this experience .

The transportation options they offer from the airport to the hotel and back are pretty expensive compared to official taxi service prices you can get at the airport but cars are likely more classy too.

Extraordinary and really kind service from Nagham at the reception when arriving. ♥️ Really good selection of restaurants. The fourth floor Lebanese Aura restaurant with eastern style live music exceeded my expectations like the whole hotel. I felt like being a king or pharaoh in that very special and spacious suite.

The Nike boat restaurants, poor atmosphere and service.

Old style elegance, with exceptional staff. Possibly some updating required. Did like the Nile boat restaurants, lacking atmosphere staff etc..

The menue in the Mediterranean restaurant in the Nile Boat very limited. The breakfast,I asked for Falfwal ,apart from was not cooked or fried probably.They gave me 3 and after I finished my breakfast gave me another 3 not fried well Mind you I requested 5-6 from the start.

breakfast was amazing there is a mall attached to the hotel and we could find anything we needed there which is convenient its on the nile and it has a stunning view and so so many options to eat in at night and for lunch also we have sunset lunch on the nile in one of the boats that belongs to them and it was one of the best sea food I have ever had !!!!

The casino in the hotel had brought a bad crowd in .. specially in the late evening it felt little unsafe for the family to walk around the hotel premises

Made to wait for check in for an hour even though I arrived at 3 pm. Told to go with all my cases to eat at the mall next door! Had to call repair person 3 times during 3 day stay for various reasons (bathroom door broke, bath plug problems and then had then a water leak in to the wardrobe).

Great room, nice location. Everyone was nice to me on my birthday! Even gave me a cake! All staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were nicely furnished and large, room service and food were great. Discount at the restaurants too.
