There was nothing I didn’t like.

Good location- the rooms are very nice and comfortable and an excellent view of the Pyramids from the balcony room. The personnel , especially Hassany at the reception is very nice and extremely helpful for all your needs, even if they are not concerning the hotel. Amani, the maid is also very nice and helpful. Mr Abdul ( the owner) is very nice and also extremely helpful and attentive to any and all concerns you may have. I would highly recommend this hotel, if you’re staying in Giza. I definitely will stay there again, as I travel fairly frequently to Cairo/Giza.

Small hotel on one floor of a building and had tough time with heating as there were leakages from window and door so it was cold …and it’s over head shower and you are forced to take head bath every time

I liked the place itself, it overlooks the pyramids and is close to them, the rooms are very clean, the workers there are clean, cooperative and very kind and they want to serve you without you asking them, and in addition to that, the price of the place compared to all these good features is very cheap compared to all these features, I really recommend it

1.People are allowed to smoke in the corridor, and the smoke would sneak into the room. 2.Breakfast preparation would take like an hour. 3.The hotel is by the main road, so it could be a little noisy due to the traffic.

The staff are very kind and hospitable. The room is tidy and clean. The breakfast is good. The location is good and safe. They were very kind to give me an early check-in, and I appreciate the 12 o'clock check out time very much, too. The price for its value is great!

The only thing that isn’t to like has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The street just outside the hotel is problematic because the people there culturally are constantly harassing tourists but this problem is easily solved by using Uber or another escucha form of transportation.

The service and the view. The lady who served us there was a true gem. She gave the best service I’ve received at any hotel in respects to the breakfast, cleaning, and any request we made.

This place is amazing! The service is incredible, the rooms are spacious and well decorated. Above all, the views from the property are amazing! We enjoyed dinner buffet (very affordable and great food) our first night there as be enjoyed the pyramids from our table! There was also a whirling dervish during dinner if you got bored looking at the pyramid ha. Place is amazing. Highly recommend!

Good location, quite and safe. Room big and clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast and coffe also good. Everything like in pictures. On the 4th floor, elevator works with room key. Stuff really nice and helpful. I enjoyed the stay, too short.

It was a very good stay in hotel with pyramids views.pyramids view at night was very attractive from hotel.Hotel owners Mr.Abdullah direct deal with me and arranged pick and drop service from airport and warmly welcome me at airport.i lived in hotel like a family member.breakfast was very fantastic i enjoyed first time Egyption breakfast.Hotel room was very good with all facilities like Ac,Tv and fridge.Mr.Abdullah arranged full day tour with good driver and new model car.They guide me with good information.All hotel staff was very good.I would recommend to all this hotel.

FYI : If you stay for more than two nights, you can get a free pickup service. Otherwise, I highly recommend using Uber instead of that service.

Honestly, I'm surprised there's nothing i was disappointed about l. It's just perfect.

The overall experience was above my expectations, starting their friendly welcoming for my late very check-in, i found two personal waiting for my arrival, they upgraded my my stay, the room was very clean, very comfortable the equipments and set up was very professional (5 types of lighting - it could be very dim, or very bright).. the staff is very friendly, very helpful. The price is cheap for the value, the best value of money hotel i tried in Cairo so for. Also they provide additional support and services, like tours, trips, breakfast, regular house keeping, and provide any kind of recommendations, food outing, and follow-up with you along the way. Finally, the safety is very high, i felt safe, there's a big metal gate at the entrance of tye buidlinh, and another metal gate at the floor. And off course my room door. I highly recommend this amazing place.

Some things are a must to make your trip magical. This hotel is a nice place. Close to the tourist attractions in Giza and has a breathtaking view of the pyramids on that plateau. It has access to transportation that connects it to the rest of the city.Good and helpful people I loved the cheerful and loving spirit of the employees . And their dedication to their work. They keen on the cleanliness of the place, room service and ensuring the comfort of customers. I had a tour with the hotel at a competitive price and had a magical and enjoyable time at the pyramids and the Nile River. Sometimes small places have big hearts that can accommodate everyone.
