I’m very happy to stay at the this hotel, before I lived in Sunrise Arabia, but this time I feeling more enjoyed. I was very surprised for this hotel details. Everywhere was tooooo beautiful, and staff care about me tooo much. Every morning and night have a lot of the foods to choose. I from china but I like it so much. And It should be mentioned that the decoration of every scene in the hotel. I toooo enjoy sunbathing on the beach.and here’s also is great place for diving . Many people come to this hotel’s beach by boat specially for swimming. I really like this hotel beach . I enjoyed life ,depth,and floating. It was a wonderful experience. I will be come back again. The room is a bit older so they can do a rennovatiom. 🙂 wifi is not so good.

The highlight of my stay was the thoughtful gesture extended by the hotel for my birthday. I was surprised with a complimentary dinner for two, which included a delightful birthday cake that was as delicious as it was beautifully presented. This unexpected treat made my birthday celebration truly special and added a personal touch to my experience. The culinary offerings at the hotel were excellent, which, as many travelers know, can be a rarity in Egypt. Each meal was a delight, with a variety of dishes that were both flavorful and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel provided a nice evening program, offering entertainment that was enjoyable and well-organized. My room was conveniently located near the sea, allowing me to wake up to breathtaking views each morning. The soothing sounds of the waves and the stunning sea view served as the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. Overall, my experience at this hotel was remarkable. The staff's attention to detail, the beautiful surroundings, and the special birthday surprise made my stay unforgettable.

I had a fight with a staff first night because I was charged 1100 euro instead of Egyptian money from my cc and my friend stayed in my room for several hours without breakfast/ it is extra money that hotel charged.

The hotel is nice. The room was big and clean and the territory is beautiful.

On the downside: Wi-Fi is not very good. If you don't spend a lot of time in your room, that's okay. Otherwise, it's better to buy a local SIM at the airport :)

We had a great holiday at Park Regency in 2025. The place is nice, the rooms are big and have nice sea views. The staff is very friendly. It makes the place cozy and comfortable The food is delicious. There are many local dishes and fresh fish, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. There is even a private reef with beautiful fish. We even saw stingrays and crabs! There are also activities for children in the evenings If we're still in Egypt, we'll return to Regency Park ✈️

Perhaps not allowing taxis in to pick us up. Not a long walk to the gate though.

Location location location. Resort was just right. Located close to lovely beach. Hotel had everything you needed with lovely ala carte restaurants. The Sala Thai is to die for. Overall experience was great. Good value too.

Sea view, clean beaches, top hospitality, flowers and palm trees are very beautiful, high staff service everywhere, delicious foods and tropical drinks. Amazing show and music, interesting time with diving. Playing volleyball & intense tennis , coming back soon

We felt we needed a bit more communication on events happening around the hotel. FOMO was experienced😉

Lovely hotel set in lush gardens right on the beach. There are various dining options and entertainment is good. New Year's party was amazing! Staff are extremely friendly and efficient.

Internet could have been better

Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner options, the director Mr Cetin introduced himself and remained on floor to ensure all support daily. The staff were very friendly, courteous and hospitable. Welcoming was good, also contacted us beforehand for hotel transfer. Entertainment staff are also very friendly. Housekeeping was very good.

We had a fantastic stay at Park Regency over the Christmas week, with great entertainment and activities throughout. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the sea. The food was great at the all inclusive buffet. Also recommend the Thai restaurant at the hotel for something special. One pool was heated during our stay which was appreciated and we enjoyed snorkeling from the hotel beach. Kids liked the kids club.

Vast area , view is amazing , location is superb ♥️ Staff are so friendly , they were smiling and helpful from the beginning of the trip till the end , from the front desk , the restaurant staff and the housekeeping 😊 I feel at home .

The location is exceptional the view is amazing the vast area of the hotel , no need to go out of the hotel all the facilities r available, staff are so friendly and helpful. Mr Omar was so friendly and welcoming he offered me upgrade😃🤩 since it’s my forth visit to the hotel . MS Azza was so friendly and caring , even at checkout they offered me goodbye meal 😍 , extremely happy with my experience, honestly the best hotel in Sharm ♥️used to go there since 2018 .

The way finding was so difficult, also I think there must be means to help the elderly to move around the hotel as moving around is a bit tiring, also the pool needs to be more heated

I give it 10 on credit because in common everyone was very nice to us. Yes, there are some shortcomings in room cleaning - it is not so perfect, for example, or the manager in the dining room was rude once. But these are minor things which pays off with a beautiful beach and reef. by the way whistling by lifeguards are not the best idea when he whistles right next to the ear of those who are not in the sea. but I am deeply convinced that if you come with a good mood, then nothing can spoil it. We spent a wonderful 5 days - the impression is excellent. Special thanks to the waiter named Waleed - great nice guy. Do not hesitate to leave tips for them - they work really hard for us. Thank you, Park Regency!

Services - mediocre. But this is expected at such a resort. Focus is on numbers and not on quality. Rooms are old and although it seemed there were efforts to get them in shape, one can see the hiccups. In our case, the shower didn't switch completely and the water was still going from the mixing tap. Light odour from the sewer in the morning - water trap didn't work ok. A la carte restaurant on the beach is not worth visiting, we didn't check the Thai restaurant Cleaning was late every day The TV remote control didn't work, we asked for a check on the second day - no one came to fix it. The pools water was a bit cold, we were told that it was heated but it was probably not enough or switched off.

It offers a private beach (no need reserved towels on the chairs😁); private quiet pool/s; club lounge with breakfast and light dinner and cocktails. Drinks all day. The pool restaurant was OK, all-day dining was crowded. Food was OK but it was nothing special. Rooms are spacious and clean. The resort landscape was amazing - green and colourful. The staff was nice and gentle. Overall - it is great value for money and we will return if plans (and the wallet) give us a chance
