We stay here from 23 to 30 April, all inclusive formula. Everything was perfect: room (very clean), food, swimming pools, beach. Fantastic and very relaxing massage at the spa. Staff was very gentle and kind. Special thank to Mina for everything. We absolutely will return next year.❤️

We liked everything and can't wait to visit again

We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a room with wonderful sea & lagoon view. Rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage, large TV and a super balcony. Ours had a view over the amazing private beach that surrounds the Palace hotel, over the entrance to the lagoon and all the ship entering and the desert on the other side. Unforgettable panorama at dawn (05.30h in April) and technicolor sunsets :-). Totally quiet at night. Super attentive room service; waterbottles and fruit. - The garden with the numerous large palm trees, its large lawns and its sea of flowers is meticulously kept. Fresh towels are provided daily for the pool and the beach. The very long pontoon offers fantastic views for everybody. Snorkeling is possible from there or on a large portion of the beach. Colourful fish everywhere. Highly recommended scuba diving center is right near the Palace Pickalbatros with lessons and excursions. - We loved the food, especially the egyptian and the indian dishes. We started our days with omelettes, pancakes freshly made for breakfast, incredible goyavas fresh and pressed. -The entrance to the Palace Pickalbatros hotel is truly majestic, as is the large lobby and the bar with its terrace overlooking the artificial lagoon of the neighboring hotel . - All staff in the amazing Palace Pickalbatros hotel are very well trained and respectful. They work really hard to make guests feel at home and pampered. A big thanks and congratulations to the manager, Mr Mina for the amazing job.

Beware at the trips you book! We booked a trip to El Qusair and it was horrible! The guide didn’t speak a word in English, everything was very dirty, we went at 4.30 pm before asking if it is ok at that time and day, they said it is ok no matter the day and the time. After we arrived in Qusair the souk was closed. We stayed 30 minutes and asked to go back to the hotel but waited for 40 minutes the driver to come and pick us up. He was upset, he told us it was Ramadan. I guess he went to eat and he was angry he had to leave earlier than expected. But we booked him to stay with us so it was not our problem, the town looked dirty and unsafe so we had to wait in the street after sunset with 2 kids for the driver to come.. not nice at all. The trip was a big scam, the hotel should be carefull to filter what those people sell to the guests.

Very nice resort, the reef is awsome with large variety of fish, they even have turtles and morays. Food is good although last year it was a bit better and all meals were served at The Olive which is the nicest, this year only dinner was at The Olive. The Spa is pretty good, I had 2 massages with Shaimaa and it was a very nice.

- Super friendly staff from the very first encounter to the very last moment. - Immaculate room. - Brilliant food (special mention to the seafood soup at the a la carte restaurant). Warmest thanks to Mr. Mohammed Kamal (Head of Reception Office) for helping us get the panoramic sea view we booked the room for, Ms. Seham (Customer Relations) for booking us a special nice dinner, Chef Osama (for the amazing BBQs, buffets and strawberries), Chef Farag (for the mouth-watering dishes he makes and all the tasty buffets under his supervision), Chef Nagwa (for the great pasta), Chef Mohammed (for the fantastic Italian pizzas), Mr. Al-Abbasy (and all the team at A La Carte Restaurant for the special romantic dinner we had), and finally Mr. Hussein (from Room Service, for the brilliant origami towels he makes). Honestly, everyone was very helpful, warm and friendly. Thank you for making our holiday something very special that we'll always remember!

the only thing we had problems with was the wifi

The hotel is great! the room was amazing and the hotel facilities were also great. we had so much fun and really enjoyed the beach. The hotel staff is so friendly and they made sure to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Special thanks to Mohammed Ashraf, Mohammed Marzouk, Ahmed Ezat and Remon Nabil for their amazing service, they surely made our experience better!

The place is awesome. Food is ok. Staff is great! We faced some unexpected challenges in reaching the resort due to some roads being closed. Samy dealt with our case was extremely helpful and kind. Will choose the palace again in the future

the bed is good, but the pillows are to hard. renovation work between pool and pool bar during the day can be accepted even if noisy, but why you can not even stop it during dinner time? The noise of the electrical saw while sitting on the restaurant balcony was disturbing us.

Breakfast and dinner buffet, great variety, good service; enough pool and beach sun chairs are available, removable wind cover on beach ensures privacy as well. beverage service even on the beach, excellent all-in-inclusive service, wellness center offers good treatments (extra pay)

Not a major thing but the blackouts were a bit sheer and sunlight would heavily enter the room, which is awesome for some people but if you like to sleep in pitch black, your sleep may get interrupted. I enjoyed nevertheless.

It was just perfect, exactly what we needed. Located right next to the marina, few minutes walking, where you can buy souvenirs and book trips.The property itself was very spacious with a variety of dinners that you can choose from each meal, with lots of food options that fit every diet and preference. the animation team was active, lots of activities throughout the day. the pool was nice and warm, there was a sandy beach option as well. staff were super nice, hospitable and helpful especially Mr. Mina, they were really trying so hard to make our stay memorable.

We liked everything ! We were as bit unlucky the first few days as it was windy (but with the windbreaks on the beach you were protected)but the second week was absolutely perfect.

This was our first visit to the Red Sea and we loved it, the hotel was very spacious and the restaurants offered a good varied choice with the grilled shrimps and fish being a big hit ! `All areas of the hotel were well maintained especially the beach, all the staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room had a fantastic pool/sea view. We ordered an airport taxi transfer through the hotel which was great. We will definitely return..the easiest most relaxing holiday ever. It was nice having Port Ghalib 2 mins away to wander around.

Everything was really so amazing, the food the room the hospitality...even the whole staff whether in lobby or bar or the restaurant or at pool and beach were so friendly and very helpful and they fulfilled all our requests in the best way we can asked for..... U can also play mini golf or tennis for 1 hour for free every day during your stay and the the whole environment is so relaxing.... Best recommended hotel for relaxing vacation.... It exceeds all our expectations

Basically, this team excels in personalizing people's experiences. Everyone, everywhere, would remember who you are, what you like and how you like to have it. Front desk made me feel like I own this place, not just a guest staying therein. Food is excellent, quality and variety, especially the Alfredo restaurant (nothing else comes close to their Italian-cuisine experience). Room was spacious, stylishly fitted, and I was privileged with an astonishing view overlooking greenery, pool and the sea ... By far this was the best stay I had in the Red Sea this season, and I had many. Kudus to The Palace team 👏👏👏
