The hotel room needs upgrading the facilities such as adding utube on TV’s, upgrading the coffee machine.

A beautiful hotel, with lots of culture and history around each corner. The lady playing the harp and the jazz band were particularly impressive. The room was spacious and comfy. The Plateau restaurant served delicious food and the outdoor seating was relaxing by the lake. The only comment I have is regarding the corridors leading to the pool-side rooms, these corridors need an urgent makeover, and a partition should be put to hide this scrapyard space we meet along the corridors.

We faced a problem with the pick up service from the airport, as there was noone waiting for us at the time our flight arrived. Moreover, we didn't stay satisfied with the excursion to the pyramids that the hotel arranged for us, as the tour guide and all the people involved kept asking for tips and extra charges all the time

The hot water was too hot, confusing to get back to room and pillows were too soft. AC also had issues. The auto fan speed did not work.

The breakfast is a bit dated but service was very good. The hotel needs a refreshed look and feel. Pleasant outdoors and impressive gym and pool.

Smoking in the restaurants & bar made dining unpleasant.

Lovely large room with view over the pool. Bed was comfy & bathroom well equipped. Excellent choice at breakfast. Staff extremely helpful & polite. Hotel felt very safe.

Plateau restaurant served salmon with its skin with scales. I disliked it very much. My friend's crispy bread was rock-solid bread at the same place. The pool view room has it's disadvantages: on weekend days there are events there and music is too loud to sleep. On our last night we barely slept. The room had a common door with another room and you could hear every time the other person joined their room. Also i didn't like the ceiling view to the air system, which looked very bad.

The rooms were cleaned daily, the food was excellent at Cucina, Ahlein, Lemongrass restaurants, and very good at the bar/breakfast area. Room service food and drinks were amazing and at best prices. All personnel were very thoughtful. Room was big and very nice with pool view and balcony.

Some of the staff behavior in the restaurant & cafe , I was surprised to hear them argue among themselves with loud voices, like if there was nobody around them, or maybe 🤔 this the way it’s in Egypt 🇪🇬??!!

Not much , only one of the working chefs did not have a good command of English and ignored my requests of omelettes and took other orders while I was still infront of him, founded to be quite offensive.

It is clean and presentable. Great customer service and check in staff was very helpful and knowledgeable (esp Marina) . We had a great stay in Cairo..
