Elevator did not always work. The lower levels of the building in which the hotel is located were disturbing.

The location when you arrive looks a bit dodgy but don’t be put off, as once you’re inside it is amazing. Could’ve been more vegetarian options for breakfast but we struggled with this a bit across Egypt.

Amazing location, incredible view of the pyramids. Great, very helpful staff from start to finish (especially Eslam and Said) Clean rooms, very good value for money. Would 100% stay again.

There is opportunity to order out via room service for lunch/dinner but the hotel closes the kitchen after breakfast. Could have done with a little bread and jam or cheese after late night arrival instead of waiting another hour or so to eat.

Staff were welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. Linen spotless. View unsurpassed. The lift is an experience all in itself! Nice little mini mart downstairs on the corner for all your snacking needs.

Fantastic hotel, view from terrace was breathtaking. Full view of the Pyramids: Staff couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay as great as it could have been The hotel arranged airport pickup and also offered a number of tours, two of which we did, the light show and an evening meal on the Nile

The entrance of the building looks like construction (you wouldn’t expect a hotel there) and the area around it is not very nice. The elevator is a bit scary at first (but it works).

Great view of the pyramids. The family that runs the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was good as well (both Egyptian and continental options). You can have breakfast on the terrace while looking at the pyramids. There is also a supermarket right next to the hotel.

This hotel is quite literally perfect - the location is incredible, breakfast whilst looking at the pyramids is a real highlight. The staff are absolutely fantastic, the best customer service we had whilst we stayed in Egypt, nothing was too much trouble whether that was an early or late check in, helping us with a taxi to the airport. The beds were really comfy & bathroom clean & high pressured hot water! Don’t hesitate over booking here!

Had a small wedding reception. Location was spot on as I wanted pyramid in back drop. Staff were helpful, creating a wedding gues table with less than 24hours notice. Friendly and just overall great experience.
