United KingdomOur only complaint about the hotel is the uncomfortable beds and bed linen. The bed was very springy with no padding and scratchy part polyester bed linens.
The hotel is in an amazing location on a small island in the Nile away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s very beautiful and tranquil and we enjoyed the boat journeys on and off the island. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a great pool.

I stayed at Isis for 2 nights and honestly the location of the hotel was perfect especially I’ve never stayed at hotel located on island before and the whole hotel surrounded by Nile water which is smth incredible The room was so new and clean Food was good All staff was friendly Especially thanks to the guest relations Christin for being so supportive and helpful Hotel is highly recommended to anyone and for sure when I’m going to make to Aswan again I’ll definitely stay and it again

ColombiaEverything! But to be more specific, I loved the staff in there, they were all always happy to help and make your stay the best. They are attentive and caring; we got an upgrade in our room and they also let us have a late check out without a problem. The food is amazing, really good price. Also, the tour company from the hotel, lead by Mustafa was one of the highlights of our trip! He made everything possible for us to book different tours to different temples, at a really good price.

HungaryWe requested breakfast boxes for an early morning trip to Abu Simbel just to be told at 4am that they forgot about it, leaving us without any food until 2pm as there were nowhere to buy any until we got back to Aswan.
Very nice hotel on its own island. Very calm and serene environment. Helpful staff who want to make sure everything is perfect. The breakfast buffet was very good with a big selection of food. The Italian restaurant and the dinner buffet were also good and good value. The hotel is recently renovated and renovations still seem to be ongoing (but we couldn't hear any noise during our stay though) so the reviews saying the hotel is run down are not up to date anymore. A boat was always available within a few minutes to go back and forth between the hotel and the city.

Christeen also made sure that my stay was perfect, every single day and they gave me water bottles everyday which was really important to me! Breakfast was really good, they have enough vegetarian options in case you‘re wondering The room was nice and so was the pool

Remember in general shops and agents will be above average prices and confirm in writing what you have agreed to with the tour agent. Good selection of food for lunch and dinner.
