Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesFrom the room I was in (#11) there was some kind of pump that was mounted nearby on the outside of the building or a nearby room. It would start up and run for about 15 seconds then turn off for about 20, then start back up, and continue in this manner all day and night. The noise wasn’t super loud or obnoxious but the starting up of it did disturb me. Two nights I slept just fine, possibly because of severe travel fatigue, but the third night I was disturbed by the pump thing. I even wore earplugs, which helped with the sound but it also vibrated my bed enough that I could feel it and I ended up only getting a broken 3 or 4 hours of sleep that night. They have a sign that says the rooms have safes in them but mine did not. I didn’t leave anything valuable in the room when I wasn’t there and I also didn’t notice any sign of my things being disturbed. If you don’t want any of the extra services they offer (tours, transportation) you will have to be insistent. They will respect your decision once they know that you’ve decided. Their scheduled breakfast service hours are 8-10 AM. On the day I went to Alexandria I had an 8 AM departure time so they said they could serve me at 7:30. I went to the roof at 7:30, however, I didn’t get my food until 7:51 so had very few minutes to scarf it down. It wasn’t a big deal, I simply recommend expecting some fluctuations to the plan and just rolling with it. Upon checking out I was asked if everything about my stay was good. I don’t know what they would have said if I’d complained about the pump noise. I didn’t, however, and said the stay was good. I was then asked if I would post a positive review on Booking.com regarding their property. I said I would. They wanted me to do it right then. I was expecting this but because I wanted to take my time to write in additional information about my stay I said I would do it later. The receptionist became very concerned and asked again if everything was good for my stay. I said it was.
Booking was easy. They facilitated transport from the airport. I was “upgraded” to a bigger room, which had three double beds—unnecessary for a solo traveler but the room was nice and clean. I was able to purchase a local SIM card at the hotel—10GB of data for $10 USD which served me very well for my week in Egypt. The entrance to the hotel is in a series of alleys but it felt safe inside and I walked to places to eat in the nearby area. The rooftop view is hard to beat and breakfast service up there was a highlight of my stay. Upon arrival I was presented with tour options. The full package they presented was out of my price range but I did agree to pay for arranging transportation for my time in Egypt. This included visiting sites around Giza and Cairo (my driver there, Omar, was awesome and provided a lot of great information about different archeological sites and the country in general, and facilitated fun little local cultural experiences), a day trip to Alexandria, drop-offs, pick-ups, and travel between sites in Luxor and Aswan. Connecting with different arrangers in different cities became a little chaotic but having WhatsApp was clutch and everything ended up working out smoothly.

I would recommend the m this hotel especially for the view of 3 pyramids in a line.. sunset was spectacular and loved it.. even staff was so friendly and breakfast was complimentary and I would suggest to book without hesitation.. the only con I see is the food at Inn was not so great.. Rest everything is fantastic

The location is just is just amazing, just 2 mins walk to the entrance to the Pyramids. Breakfast was excellent and pretty amazing having breakfast with the Pyramids as the backdrop. The photos are real and it's just touching distance. The rooms are very spacious with good beds and amazing shower. Very quiet. The staff are terrific and cater to your every needs. There really is no better place to stay. Nour was especially friendly and helpful. A perfect stay.
