Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. TurkeyWe arrived way before sunrise and they prepared our rooms and we could check in early in the morning. Staff is so respectful and hardworking, but they could smile a little more. Most of them looked so serious. It was Ramadan and I guess they were all fasting. That might be the reason. The room was comfortable, a little worn and torn, and some bad interior design choices functionwise. We liked the restaurants, pool area, beach, gardens. Good wifi reception everywhere. Pool/beach towels smelled good. The thing that irritated us most is the daily insisting (long ringing) phone calls to our room asking us if we are OK. There is already personnel asking this at the restaurant, if you also want to call the room afternoon, ring it two or three times. You can't ring it like for a minute and keep trying when not answered. We might be resting, sleeping or other stuff. This happened everyday and sometimes more than once, it drove us just crazy. Other than that, we had difficulty understanding each other with the personnel in English. That resulted in a few meal orders that were not served, or served late. One side of the silent pool gets the afternoon shadow earlier than the other side of the pool. But this should not mean the guests on the shadow side should pack and leave the pool area early in the afternoon. I may want to lie in the shadow or swim in the shadow. Everyone around the pool should have the right to use the pool amenities until a specific time of day. And last; russian girls partying on the pool side is not an entertainment for guests who came as couples. And most of the hotel guests were couples.

Our room was a tranquil oasis, with a plush bed that made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds. And the amenities? Top-notch! We loved lounging by the sparkling pool, working out in the state-of-the-art gym, and indulging in rejuvenating spa treatments. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They were like family - warm, caring, and always ready to lend a helping hand. Whether we needed directions, dining recommendations, or just a friendly chat, they were always there with a smile. Dining at the hotel's restaurants was another highlight of our stay. The food was mouth-watering, and the service was impeccable. All in all, Meraki exceeded our expectations in every way. United KingdomMeraki was an excellent choice and we would highly recommend. The resort is beautiful and offers many pools, easy beach access, exceptional entertainment consistently and the staff are fantastic. In particular, Ahmed - who cleaned our room each day was brilliant, very friendly and took care of all our needs. The staff in the restaurants were also brilliant, especially Ahmed in the Munchery restaurant. We had a pool suite and would recommend as you get access to Utopia beach bar as well as a private pool which is constantly heated, meaning we could enjoying it all the time. The resort is immaculately clean and aesthetic. We felt the coffee could be improved as it seemed to always be served warm not hot; the pillows were huge so difficult to sleep on them; there weren’t enough vegetarian options - the food was brilliant, but mainly meat based, especially beef (which we don’t eat) so it would have been nice to see more veg items on the menu. However the staff did their best to accommodate. Our pool suite was situated right next to the main pool with the music so it was loud from 10am til late, hard to sleep if you are noise-sensitive but overall a really fun experience. Would happily go back with friends!

United KingdomWe both had a lovely time at Meraki resort. We were well looked after by all the staff and made to feel very welcome. My wife enjoyed the daily activities put on by the animation team. Both pools were excellent for different reasons and it was was good to be able to snorkel in the sea. The food options were plentiful and varied and the entertainment outside on Tal Avenue was fun! Would return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Meraki and wish to particularly commend the quality of the facilities as well as the impeccable cleanliness of both the premises and common areas. Certain members of the staff, such as Mohamed and Ragab at the pool, and Said and Romario at the Munchery, truly stood out for their exceptional service, attentiveness, and availability. Their professionalism greatly contributed to making our stay restful and most pleasant.

United KingdomThey can do better with the Internet connection - it is very slow and not available in some parts of the resort. Also, the room we stayed was a bit dirty and not exactly like what we saw online. We asked for the 2 rooms we asked to be changed to the same type, they requested for extra $50 per night.
The staffs were very nice and helpful, nothing was too much for them to do. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoy our staff. All the staffs did very well, but I have to mention that the resort is very lucky to have Mahmoud, Yousef and Gamal (all in Munchery/Mumm). The food and entertainment were also nice.
