Fantastic staff. Really helpful and friendly; they were happy to help! Beds were very hard for our personal preference and sheets didn’t fit so rolled under us each time we slept. Very loud in the night with cars and especially dogs; earplugs are a must!

The room was not totally clean. The duvet has sand and hair. We stayed there for 5 days but no room service, no one came to clean. We have to call them to give us water and soap. Which should be given to us everyday.

Our stay at the Aziz Egypt Pyramids View hotel was really lovely, our best person Mohamed, took a very good care of us. He was always available, very professional on his job, warm-hearted and gave us the true Egyptian hospitality. Our trips organized by Mohamed were going really well, everything was smooth we didn't have to worry at all. He is trustworthy and a great manager. We can't be grateful enough. Also our tour guide and driver, Sameh took really good care of us, looked after us all the time on our trips. Made sure all the time that we are safe and having a good time. Sameh is local, he has trustable connections and knows the city and Giza area very well, so you couldn't wish for a better tour guide. He also enjoyed spending time with us, off-duty. Made sure that we are not exceeding our budget, and that we are not being fooled by anyone. Had a great stay here! Totally recommend!

It's a bit strange that the bathroom in family suite, which we booked, is not lockable :). Also what disturbed us (but it is not the fault of the hotel anyway) is the continuous barking of stray dogs during nights outside the windows, they are usually harmless but should be careful anyway if you go alone at night.

The best thing in the hotel is the friendliness of the staff especially Mr. Abderrahman and Ms. Shahd, also the guy at the roof who serves breakfast is so keen to satisfy his guests. Breakfast is really cool, I like egyptian breakfast but my kids like international one, since they were raised in the west. Location is good, about 1 klm to Faisal street. A beautiful scene of the pyramid from the roof.

We would like to thanks Mr.Mohammad who really accomodated us in almost everything he is kind and cheerful person. The staff was good and helpful. The location is good and near to the pyrimids and new Museum. We loved our stay.

Knowing that the hotel is new , I would like to make some suggestions. Rooms had a problem of humidity and the windows were not closing properly. Bathrooms need a lil bit of fixing and cleaning staff should visit the room more often. Staff are young people and I am sure that they will fix all these issues. It’s a value for money for sure

Staff was amazing and helpful, they were happy without making you feel uncomfortable. It’s a value for money if you want to stay close to the pyramids. Breakfast was great and you could enjoy it at the rooftop.

The staff could improve their language skills. My stay was for 3 nights and my room was not cleaned once. The sink needs to be fixed /water leaking/.

Nice hotel with a quiet room. The bathroom was big, the room was spacious and had an air-conditioning. Enough space to put your stuff in. The breakfast was tasty and served on a nice roof top.

Food was always cold, staff informed but language barrier as they didn't understand all we asked and could not or would not do it. Room was filthy the first night we arrived and it was obviously a rushed cleaning evening tho we informed them we'd be coming in really late, wasn't so happy with that. There were flies in the room, same escalated to them and they eventually sorted it out. The restaurant portions were unbelievable tiny for the price. Pillows were the hardest I have ever seen in my life.

Staff were helpful as much as they could, was walkable and in a good area. Breakfast potions were plenty and fresh juice was delicious.

Not much to not like. It is 3 star but is well located and is very reasonably priced

The roof deck was great overlooking the pyramids. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is massive

The fittings in the bathroom and the room were not good (loose tap, loose towel hangers, exhaust fan not working in bathroom). Breakfast not ready at 0700 as told in the reception, so if you have some plans in the morning be at the terrace at least 45 minutes early.
