The Chalet was very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. very short walk to the beach which is clean, well maintained and has all the services required including water sports. Breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of options. staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful

We had an exceptional stay! Everything was perfect starting from the check in, the staff at the reception were very welcoming and accommodated our requests. The One bedroom Chalet was very clean, spacious, with big terrace overlooking the beach. The beach was clean, the breakfast was excellent with good quality of food

The stairs to the second floor was not at all comfy. They need to add more items in the kids' play ground. Furniture had lots of sharp edges which is not suitable for a family with kids

Coffee and cheese quality in the breakfast needed an upgrade.

The staff was way above what I expected for such a complex that is not marassi or Hacienda. Actually they were way better than what we saw in marassi facilities or hacienda. They were polite, humble, helpful, educated and into hospitality. The facility is a true 5 star facility. The chalet had everything we needed, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and a stove top. It reminded me of our laid back vacations in the past. The housekeeping was very good. The water is heavenly. The beach is small yet had all the facilities and seating options that fitted our various needs. Breakfast was good.

Everything you need is just one step away beach, restaurant, kids area.. the staff is very good. Breakfast is good , my child had ate eggs for the first time. One day i prepared lemon water and was very surprised the next day they had it ready made in the buffet. I was really touched with their caring and attention to details. the beach is lovely and the feel of the place is very friendly. we made friends with other guests and had a wonderful stay.
